History

Established in 1982.

Luana started playing piano at age 7 and sang her first solo in the church choir at age 13. She started teaching piano while attending San Jose State University to complete her BA in Music, and has been teaching ever since. Although she studied classical music, Luana has been the lead singer in two variety dance bands (playing keyboards for one of them) and continues to perform all styles of music from jazz to R&B to pop. While studying and being certified in the Seth Riggs vocal method (Speech Level Singing), she started teaching voice 12 years ago.

Business Owner

Luana holds a BA in Music and has 30 years experience teaching piano and over 12 years experience teaching voice, and has been a professional performer for 30 years. She is a former certified teacher of the Seth Riggs Speech Level Singing method and is currently a member of IVTOM: International Voice Teachers of Mix. Luana offers private lessons for students of all ages and levels of experience who are interested in discovering their greatest musical potential and honing their performance skills for any style of music.
