so I’ve never actually been to their facilitiy, but our local nursery pretty much 100% stocks their stuff for seedlings. and they’re always healthy and productive. so why review the supplier of the supplier? for their customer service. I recently discovered that some plants I had were a completely different species, and after a(completely fruitless, deadhead) convo with my local nursery, I decided to contact Upstarts directly. GG! I was emailed right away, mistake explained and apologized for, alternative suggested and plan put into place. ANDTHEYFOLLOWEDUP. repeatedly. you can’t ask for more from a business.
