We are a self-help, ‘do-it-yourself’ service, which allows you to be informed and in control of your own family-law case. We can help you prepare and file the paperwork for a court motion if you need to represent yourself in court (pro per). If you find that you are in need of an attorney, we are happy to provide you with affordable, local referrals. By hiring us to help you with the paperwork, you can save on cost even when consulting with lawyers to obtain legal advice.
Our business services the Santa Cruz and Watsonville areas. We are also able to prepare and file paperwork for cases in all other California counties.

Regina is a trained, registered, and bonded Legal Document Assistant.
Regina is also a trained mediator and volunteered as a family-law mediator for the Santa Cruz Conflict Resolution Center for nearly 3 years. She continues to practice her mediation skills as an assistant mediator to a local family-law attorney.
Regina is dedicated to helping individuals and couples access the legal system through the assisted preparation of court-required documents necessary to process cases. Regina works compassionately and professionally with her clients to best help them understand and navigate the court system through what can be a challenging process for many.
She has a strong background in family-law matters and bankruptcy, and can also provide assistance with all other services our office provides, including expungements (the clearing of criminal records),
