poor cust serv. we had a large awning installed many yrs ago, which began to tear at the rollers in several spots. kevin owned the biz at the install time, but the biz was sold, and new owners charged us $ 700 to repair, yet said it was due to faulty rollers. 1 yr after we had the repair (2104) the new strips sewn in were tearing at the same spot. Now there is another new owner, whom promptly came out, but wanted to charge hundreds more again to rerepair! I was expecting a warranty job, and emailed and called him many many times, with NO response. I guess if I was willing to pay for a 2^nd repair, torn by faulty rollers never replaced, he would have called back. I am very late in this review, as I gave up. but I’m now looking at the tears, and finally wrote this.

Sun Coast Awnings recovered my patio furniture cushions and my retractable awning cover last month. I am so impressed with the quality of their work, my patio furniture looks brand new! The office staff was helpful and kept me in the loop through the entire process. I highly recommend this company.

found them through online search. Compared them with another awning service in san jose (blossom hill), but they offered the better price.
They were good in keeping the communication with the order and installment schedule.
