Established in 2012.

Krav Maga Santa Cruz is the only licensed Krav Maga School in Santa Cruz County. We are licensed with Krav Maga Worldwide, the most prestigious training and licensing association in the world. We focus on Self-​Defense and a high level of physical conditioning, in a safe, supportive and fun environment. We are also seamlessly integrated into the enrollment of CrossFit Amundson Santa Cruz.

Greg A.

Business Owner

In 2003, Greg completed the rigorous Krav Maga FORCE Training Division Instructor Series and was subsequently invited to participate in the Krav Maga Lead Instructor Development Program. In 2004, Greg achieved Instructor Certification for Krav Maga Law Enforcement and Military Application through the Krav Maga FORCE Training Division. Greg has taught Krav Maga to thousands of Law Enforcement Officers and Military Operators from around the World.

Greg brings a wealth of credibility, passion and real world experience to his instruction of Krav Maga. Greg served on the Santa Cruz County Sheriff’s Office SWAT Team and Riot Control Team for over seven years. Greg also worked as a DEA Special Agent on the Southwest border of Mexico and an Agent with the Border Enforcement Security Task-​Force (BEST) Team. Greg also served as a Captain and Combative Instructor in the US Army.
