It’s been a year of training with Kat so I thought I’d update my Unilocal. Results: I won’t bore with with all my lifting personal records and body composition statistics. I have them, but my real results are these: Beer belly is gone, you can see muscle in my abdomen, I have biceps and a strong back. And I’ve learned how to eat and sleep better, my posture is improving. Everything that is supposed to get worse as we age is getting better. And I can back squat, clean and jerk, snatch with decent form and put up respectable numbers. Kat put together the plans that made these changes and we did it without me breaking a leg or needing an ACL replacement. I’m not saying you don’t have to work if you want results. It is, however, possible to work poorly and not get the results you want. We benefit so much from working with a personal trainer! Kat has the experience and expertise to help you meet your goals. If you want to attain a level of functional fitness– Great. If you want to do body building– awesome. Maybe you are interested in Olympic lifting? Cool! I continue to recommend Kat to you.

Kat is insightful and enthusiastic about her profession. Her upbeat personality is contagious. Her knowledge of muscles, how they work and how to strenghten them is fascinating. She has introduced me to weightlifting, pilates and plyometrics. I had now idea this was possible to learn at 54 years young. Yes, her teaching has made me feel young again. Under her guidance time flies and I enjoy working out. I received a big 10 at my last medical check up. The glucose in my blood is normal again. My blood pressure is normal again. The body fat is slowly burning away. I highly recommend Kat for a personal trainer. She will bring out the best in you.
