Business Owner

Karen has been doing bodywork for over 15 years. She is a State Certified Massage Therapist, Reiki Master/​Teacher and Holistic Practitioner. In 1997 she began her studies with Vibrational Kinesiology and Reiki, becoming a Reiki Master/​Teacher that same year. Shortly thereafter Karen started co-​facilitating Reiki shares and teaching classes. In 2005 she began studying to be a Practitioner of Higher Consciousness and in 2008 started her study of CranialSacral Therapy.

In 2010 she graduated from Milan Institute as Certified Massage Therapist. This greatly expanded her modalities to include Swedish, Deep Tissue, Hot Stone, Sports, Prenatal massages and Body wraps.

Karen is experienced with nurturing the body into relaxation, restoring balance and harmony, detoxifying the body, increasing vitality and achieving greater Range of Motion and flexibility. She offers a unique, integrative, therapeutic treatment. Specializing in a detoxifying, toning, bodywrap.
