The HSC needs a total overhaul. Many well-​deserving folks are too fearful to use their services because of the predators that monopolize the campus. Theft, drug dealing, harassment, and no accountability required. Where else can you get free food, clothing and shelter for years on end, spend your days committing crimes, using drugs, and never be asked to lift a finger? Only in Santa Cruz. What a train wreck.
