Living in Santa Cruz County makes me feel as if I live in Paradise! I realize that at times, even Paradise feels difficult. Looking for a therapist can be as challenging as the reasons we are seeking a therapist– UGH. I approach therapy as a team. We will work together to find solutions, work through challenges, look at your strengths in an effort to bring some solace back into your life and get you living again and not just surviving. My style is primarily interactive, I work through the eyes of curiosity, I like to use humor and try to interject some fun into our therapy sessions, realizing how heavy it could be to work through your stuff.

I love working with young adults and adults through all stages of your life. In my over 20 years working as a therapist, I have come to realize how important it is to listen, join with you and provide support and a safe place to learn and work through challenges.
