Gembrokers was opened in downtown Santa Cruz, CA.

Santa Cruz customers were thrilled to have a jewelry store that was geared toward custom work, all done on the premises. Gembrokers has built up a loyal customer base over the years and through an excellent reputation in the industry, has continued to grow.

I went in to get a wristband (metal) resized for a watch and they were extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and as another reviewer mentioned — enthusiastic even though it would only be a matter of a few dollars! You can tell they are simply excited to see new types of jewelry and the challenges of customer’s requests.

Went here to get a watch sized and mine looked at. The staff was extremely friendly, even though I would only be spending a few dollars. They helped me as best they could with my watch but in the end it was out of there hands. They did know a watch repairman and I got a card for him.
I enjoyed my experience here much more then the other jewelers in the area that when I need a large purchase it will be from here.
Go here if you want quality and amazing personnel backing it.

Gembrokers did a fantastic job guiding me through the process of redesigning my wedding ring, melting my existing setting that was an estate piece that lost structural integrity, and resetting my diamonds in the new setting. Their craftsmanship is exquisite and their in-​store lab is a huge plus. I’ve had my redone ring for two years & I’m a very pleased customer. I endorse Gembrokers!

I’ve been in here a few times & actually had a wedding ring made by them. Great workmanship & quite affordable! The first couple times in I was helped by one of the gentlemen who are so warm, friendly and knowledgeable. However the last couple times I’ve gone in, unfortunately I’ve been helped by the woman who is unprofessional & snoody. If you decide to check them out I suggest you strive to be assisted by one of the guys, as not to be scared off. Sad to say but, I will be avoiding this place for a while.

I was recommended to the lovely people at Gembrokers by a friend who had her engagement ring made by them. Gary, Claudia and Craig have made a couple of pieces of jewelry for me over the years. They are reasonably priced and always willing to help. I have been back several times to have my jewelry cleaned and they always come out as good as new. Having had such personal service from them, I will never go back to another jeweler.

Craig was SUPER helpful and accommodating! We went to Gembrokers to get our wedding rings made and they did a beautiful job. I had a vision of what I wanted the bands to look like and Craig took a lot of time and interest in making that vision a reality. They can do most anything in-​house so fabrication takes very little time. If you are thinking of getting jewelery made we HIGHLY recommend you go and talk with Craig… They also have beautiful jewelery already made for very reasonable prices!
