My main sewer line clogged late Thursday evening and I gave Eco-​Flow plumbing a call. I actually called after business hours and Scott answered! I scheduled an appointment for 8:00 AM the next day. Scott showed up right at 8:00 as promised and had my plumbing working well within the hour. Eco-​Flow plumbing saved me from what otherwise would have been a very dismal weekend. I was impressed with his responsiveness and felt his pricing was fair.
Bottom line, if I have plumbing needs in the future I will not hesitate to call Eco-​Flow.

Each time, they are better ha better… I just had the, put in a tankless water heater and I have to say, «fantastic job!» The work was clean, and they upgraded a bunch of items to just make everything work better. A real eye for quality the first time, no shortcuts with these guys. You’ve earned a long term client.

Would give zero stars if I could. They were supposed to be here today between 8:30 and noon. Nobody showed up, nobody called about not showing up. Wasted half of my day.

Scott is very responsive and will make sure the customer is satisfied. The only reason I did not give 5 stars was because I had to deal with some electrical work that needed to be done and it was a little challenging. Scott and crew are very professional and keep to schedule and do high quality work. I would definitely recommend using Scott and team if you need to replace a water heater with a tankless water heater.

We had a leaky gas line somewhere in our home that was discovered after termite tenting, we started with another company and when they were a no call/​no show I was referred to Scott @ Eco Flow. Within an hour he came to my home to assess and sent one of his plumbers over shortly after to begin work. Scott was up front, thorough, easy to communicate with, and gave a detailed estimate.
His crew that came to our home were clean, helpful, polite, and did a great job. I will definitely use them again.

We were disappointed when our regular plumber was unavailable. They suggested I give Scott a call. I found him well rated on Unilocal,so I gave him a call. He came over soon and gave me a decent price to replace our garbage disposal. He was on time, did very good work and eliminated deficiencies of the previous install. Thank you Scott.

I had used another plumber for some other issues, but that plumber was on vacation and referred me here. He showed up very promptly and gave me the facts about my burst sprinkler line which had ruptured in a less than an ideal location.
I was happy with the service and will keep Scott’s details handy for the hopefully less urgent plumbing situation i may have in the future.

I experienced a clogged kitchen sink and called Eco-​Flow first thing in the morning (7:30 am). Within 4 hours Scott had returned my called, arrived and had my sink drain working again!!! And best of all at what I felt was a very reasonable rate… I highly recommond Scott. I will be calling on him soon as I am planning on some kitchen and bathroom remodeling

I’m actually a little concerned something happened to this business. I called to schedule an appointment. Nobody showed up or called. I called after they were 30 minutes late. But nobody answered. I left 2 messages. I sent an email message via Unilocal and called again. But nobody has ever responded. They had several 5 star ratings so I had high hopes… it pains me to give a 1-​star rating, but, since they never showed or responded, I guess I have to.

We had a little plumbing emergency yesterday and these guys were ready to go. They came quickly and were able to replace all our bathroom piping for a very reasonable price. Everything is spick and span now and flowing wonderfully.
Both the guys were very nice and competent workers. This seems like a very genuine company, which can be rare with plumbers.

Unilocal has once again shown me the path to quality! I found Eco-​Flow, read the reviews, called Scott and could not be happier.
He showed up when he said he would, he called me 15 minutes prior to showing up to tell me that he was on his way. I did not have to tell him to take his shoes off before coming into our home. He was super polite and professional… um forgot something, oh ya, he also unclogged our sewer drain.

We had what we thought to be a clogged toilet. Turns out after snaking the toilet and testing it, there is need for a new toilet. He even went so far as to explain this to our landlord. Very lucky to have found such a friendly local plumber!
