I admit, I don’t understand the complaints about Dr. Browning’s staff. I found it to be quite the opposite; VERY good people there. Maybe the best. I do not have insurance; perhaps that is why I didn’t have any problems. I highly recommend Dr. Browning.

I was so impressed with Dr. Browning as he was referred to me by my primary dentist. I had gum surgery to get ready for my new veneers and I was so scared about the procedure. They made me feel very comfortable and after the surgery I felt absolutely no pain at all. He is a perfectionist which is very important to me when it comes to my smile. My gums look amazing and have healed perfectly and his follow up with check-​ups is amazing. He is the ninja of gum surgery and truly cares about his patients and answers all your questions/​concerns. I highly recommend him! Also, the reason he is so busy and the wait is long is because he is so good and trust me he is worth the wait!

I didn’t get any service because staff was rude and had a 3 month wait.
He’s probably great (sounds great), but I’ll never know.

I have had gum surgery performed with Dr. Browning twice. I’m somewhat sorry to leave a 2-​star review, because Dr. Browning is fantastic. His bedside manner is impeccable, and he is consummately skilled.
However, the office staff are incompetent and unprofessional. The 250 word limit prevents much detail, but they failed to timely bill my insurance company; repeatedly failed to get back to me when they said they would; sent a rude, threatening letter because of a small outstanding bill which we had ALREADY DISCUSSED as to when it would be paid; and they generally acted as though they couldn’t care less about me once they had their money.
Worst of all, their incompetence cost me a huge sum of money in lost insurance benefits because they did not file a claim on time.
If you go to Dr. Browning, you will love him. However, beware of the staff. Make sure they do a preauthorization of treatment, so they only charge you for the amount not covered by insurance. (In my case, I paid the bill upfront, and they assured me they would bill my insurance company and send me a check for whatever was reimbursed. Huge mistake, since they failed to follow through.)
Even though I had a problem with them the first time I had surgery, I decided to go back because Dr. Browning was so good. The second time was much worse. Never again.

Five stars for the outcome of my gum reconstruction. When you’re having any kind of procedure, you need to be able to trust a seasoned pro, which Dr. Browning is. Great manner with patients. Assistants and office staff are all professional, on the ball, and friendly. Dr. Browning also guarantees his work, so for those of us paying cash, it provides peace of mind.
