Our ophthalmology practice offers the most current and innovative services including the latest FDA approved New Technology Intraocular Lenses, such as Acrysof Toric, Crystal Lens, Restor, and Tecnis lenses. We also provide advanced Laser Vision Correction utilizing wavefront technology and the VISX Excimer Laser. All the doctors perform small incision stitch-​less cataract surgery with the latest technology enhanced treatment, using the Whitestar Signature Phacoemulsification System. Our practice also provides the next generation of corneal transplantation (DSEK) ensuring faster and better recovery. In addition, the practice offers the most sophisticated diagnostic equipment available. All of these services are conveniently located at our facility and surgeries are performed at our own accredited outpatient surgery center.

History

Established in 1973.

Originally established by Dr. William Adams as one of the first ophthalmology practices in the county, Bay Eye Medical Group has continued to grow and become the premier practice in the area. We have expanded our offices to Watsonville and now have locations both in North and South County to serve our patients.

Manager

Under the excellent care of our office manager, Stacy, Bay Eye continues to provide a compassionate environment for our patients. Stacy was born and raised in Santa Cruz County and has continued to help our community through her many years in the medical field. In the past she has worked in the settings of obstetrics and gynecology, helping to deliver consistent and professional care. She now brings her experience and dedication to Bay Eye. We are all fortunate to have such a wonderful person lead our staff in continuing our mission to help our patients with their visual needs.
