I didn’t actually get work done here, he was kind enough to say he could do it, but only part of the work I needed. He suggested another place and gave me their card. I think this is excellent service indeed. I’ll return should I need something more in line with this place.

What a great place! I went in for a quote, i’m planning on selling my car — the owner suggested I try selling it without the repairs. Everyone was very personable and the work they were doing was gorgeous. There was a very beautiful Studebaker in they were working on that looked amazing. I’ve always heard this was the best place in town, but I really appreciate it when people are honest with me and don’t try to sell me things I don’t need.

This is the BEST body shop in Santa Cruz. Quality work, integrity and value along with friendly, professional service. My entire family has been taking our vehicles to AA Auto collision for years. We wouldn’t trust anyone else with our vehicles. Everything from repairing collision damage on our daily driver to custom paint jobs on show cars and motorcycles and even the spray in bed liner on our truck. They are the BEST!

Brian is very personable and charming — but more to the point, he gave us a very reasonable estimate, helped us negotiate the level of work we needed to have done (not just a cookbook response, but reality based), and then delivered repairs just as we discussed, on time. What more could you ask for.
There’s no posh waiting room with gourmet coffee and bottled waters, no white-​shirt estimator. Just down-​to-​earth good service and excellent pride in workmanship.

Oh gosh, how I WISH I could give Brian & AA Auto Collision Center TEN stars!!! I had a hit and run happen to my parked car – I wasn’t in it at the time and could not find the culprit, so I was responsible for the $ 500 deductible. A shop on my insurance plan gave me an estimate of $ 1500 for the fix.
So then I went to the shop that EVERYBODY says is best, cheapest, half the price, amazing work, etc to get an estimate. THOSE folks told me $ 1200. As did one other shop I tried.
I took it to Brian at AA Auto Collision Center for one last estimate, on the advice of a friend. Brian looked at it & said, «If you can leave it for an hour I will see what I can do for $ 75.» I wasn’t planning on that, but why not – he was so nice to look at it right then, and it’s walking distance to cafes & shops, so I had some lunch while waiting.
I came back in an hour and it was FIXED!!! It practically looked brand new!!! There is a small «wavy» looking area he couldn’t «bang out» which one can see if looking closely, but really not even noticeable unless you were looking for it.
AND, in that same hour, he also cleaned up a bit of another dent that I had! YES, all for SEVENTY-​FIVE DOLLARS!
I can’t say enough about him or about the shop. Really a nice guy, clearly NOT out to make a buck. Forget any other shop and go here. You will not regret it!

This place is great. Couldn’t be more pleased. My car looks like a different car than when I brought it in. I told them I didn’t need it back for a month, they did it in a day, another shop quoted my $ 2,200, they did it for $ 150! These guys are straight shooters. No BS they fixed the car fast and for less. I can’t say enough about them.

Brian and his shop are professional, friendly and reasonable. I highly recommend their services!
