Imaginary Greetings

Scrooge lives in Santa Claus, IN!
For the last two years I have used a service called Imaginary Greetings to send holiday letters to my children. The kids get a letter, a phone call and a postcard sometime after the holidays with Santa on the beach. HOWEVER, this year they sent 2 postcards to my daughter and none to my son! My son questioned why he didn’t get one and now has doubts.
So I explain there may have been a technical issue but assure him it will be resolved quickly. I tried to call ICO but they NEVER answer their phone. Are they too busy chasing short skirted elves? Do Elves do spring break? Are they too busy watching Elves Gone Wild?

My son is in doubt. It’s been weeks since I notified them of the problem. How hard is it to write a postcard and mail it? Has the Axis of Evil taken over? Is this their plan — undermine our society by crushing the dreams of children? Look at what it did for Russia.
