Established in 2009.

Establsihed the business in 2009 when the Real Estate market was just starting to collapse. With expertise, knowledge and professionalism, we manage to complete with big Real Estate companies. We started a Franchise EXIT Realty Granada and after 5 years we became an Independent Real Estate Broker. Same service and same commitment to all our clients. We can help achieve an American Dream of home ownership.

I completed my college education from Philippine Military Academy in 1981, and spent a few years of service as a naval officer. In 1986, I immigrated to California in pursuit of the American dream within the corporate world that began as a clerk and ended as a computer programmer, while growing a tax preparation/​bookkeeping business in between, which currently serves a few hundred clients.

Tax matters a lot in real estate. Getting into real estate is the natural spin-​off in 1989. Becoming a broker five years later, I established Cavaliers Realty primarily to serve the real estate needs of the growing tax clients, friends and families scattered in and around the Antelope, Santa Clarita and San Fernando valleys of Southern California.

It has always been our vision to make the real estate the central focus of our business.

My wife Eleanor, who holds a salesperson license, also has acquired expertise in the title and escrow after 25+ years in the title insurance industry.
