Heather is the eyebrow guru! Only con of seeing her is that she’s super booked, so you have to schedule a few weeks before you want an eyebrow shaping. This actually works best for me since I have a busy schedule.

This review is so overdue. I’ve been seeing Heather for my brows for 2 years and every time I seriously walk out with such confidence– she inspires me to practice even more self care.
She is amazing! She gets you in and out quickly because she has perfected her craft and has an Honorary PhD. In WAXing– she is a master waxer.
Not only will your eyebrows and other lady parts love her– she feeds your soul with her contagious humor and awesome personality.

WOW. Heather is very fast and extremely thorough. I have been waxing for 20 years and she is the best. Her technique is get it done and leave no prisoners behind. I have never had a waxing session that was so fast and so complete. If you can get an appointment with her (she’s booked waaay out) consider yourself lucky! I do!

I have never felt such comfort and care from any business professional like I get with Heather every time I have an appointment to see her. I usually see her for small and quick services but due to the reputation she has made for herself, I know that I have to book well in advance to see her. Trust me, after the quality and care you see that she puts into her work, making yourself available to her will be the best thing you can do for yourself. I does not matter if you are a client with a big service or a small service, you will never feel like you are not important to her. It is amazing. If you are looking to have a great wax service, you have found the only person you will ever need to see again. Heather is amazing and a trust professional artist. Her reputation speaks for itself!

The agony of getting an appointment is just too much. It’s book in advance but when you try to get an appointment for just one small quick service, it’s either she doesn’t respond to you or responds back after a few days. You tell her your availability but then she would sometimes ask you if you can be moved to another time. I think she prioritizes big clients first before anything else. It’s just sad.

I just wanted to update an old review. Heather is just simply the best. I’ve been getting waxed by her for 10 years now and I just won’t go anywhere else. She has become my lifelong friend and my daughter calls her auntie. That’s how she makes everyone feel. Like family. She’s worth the wait. Promise.

Heather is amazing!!! I came to her with horrible uneven thin eyebrows… I read the reviews on Unilocal and decided to give it a try… So glad I did!!! She was very patient and is attentive to detail… She reassured me that my eyebrows would grow but I had to be patient and give it time… She thought me how to fill them in while I waited… It’s been over a year now and my eyebrows look amazing… She’s truly the Brow Dr! Book about a month in advance because she is super busy!!! I’m a faithful customer!!!

Always great service! Heather is so nice and knows how to distract you just enough to keep you calm for the more painful waxes. She’s so quick and efficient. Before you know if you are done and out the door! She’s the best!

Coming from a first timer ! The experience was a memorable one. Haha. Heather was professional, with a confident approach which I always appreciate. The room was adorable and clean. She got to business immediately. It wasn’t pain free but tolerable at least for me. Left with my goods intact would highly recommend !

Heather. Is. Incredible.
I’ve been going to Heather for my brows for over 7 years and she never disappoints ! I recently decided to try the brow tint because I’m lazy and hate filling my brows in & OMG Y’ALL go get them tinted ! It completely transforms them ! I’m blonde and we decided to go dark & I feel like supermodel. They gave my brows better definition and they look fuller ! (Which is awesome because they’re a little thin on their own)

I found Heather on Unilocal as I was looking for someone that performed Brazilian waxes near my work. I was a little worried, as Santa Clarita isn’t usually a hot spot for anything, but this was much better than any Brazilian wax I’ve gotten in LA. I’ve been going for 8 months regularly now.
It was virtually painless, Heather was very fast and distracted me from the unpleasantness that occurs getting your cooter waxed. And, I do have to say, there was hardly any unpleasantness!
She also sends you reminder text messages the day before your appointment to make sure you’re still coming; I like that because with a hectic lifestyle, it’s easy to forget appointments.

Heather is an absolute sweetheart – she made me feel comfortable and was an absolute professional. Unfortunately, she styled my eyebrows to look like a scary cartoon character. The front of my brows was square and overly defined and the rest look like a heavy mustache lingering over my eye. This is not a high fashion look. After leaving, I figured I would go get a long, square French tipped manicure to go with my tacky brows. I don’t live nearby (my friend suggested the appointment during my trip in town), so needless to say, I won’t be returning.

Even before booking, before the wax… I knew that I wanted to give Heather a great review because I knew she was THAT good! I’ve kept tabs on her talents and knew that when it came time for my waxing needs, I needed to book with her!
I just had my first bikini wax ever. And naturally, I have to go big or go home — so I upped it to the full brazilian. I’m preparing for a tropical trip where I’ll spend nearly all of my time in a bikini, so after telling Heather my plans, she talked me through what needs to be done for the best results. Not to mention, she helped calm me down because I was ridiculously nervous! She really is a godsend. Just by knowing how sweet and caring Heather is, I knew that I could easily give her all of my trust.
As for the nitty gritty, Heather is a damn wizard! The second I walked in for my appointment, she made me feel comfortable. She’s quick and efficient, and makes the temporary pain worth it. She keeps you talking the entire time so that you can calm the F down — at least that’s what I needed! She’s reassuring and such an ego boost, which was huge for me and my first brazilian. Really, I can’t tell you how much I love this woman.
Waxing isn’t just Heather’s job — it’s her passion. She loves making her clients feel and look their best, and she’s a rockstar at doing so!

I’ve been going to a brow place for the past three years. I normally have thick brows and love them thick like that but my other girl has been waxing it thinner than I want it to be. So I decided to grow them out for three weeks (longest three weeks of my life I tell ya!) and start searching for another place.
I checked Unilocal and wanted to make an appointment with Heather, she was nice enough to call me back so quickly and we booked my appointment.
I couldn’t be happier! Heather makes you feel so at ease right away without being too over the top. You can tell that she’s sweet and kind hearted. She was very meticulous with doing my brows which I appreciated and even when I told her I wanted to try brow tinting, she explained it to me thoroughly and gave me a pretty mirror to check on my brows all the time just to make sure I was happy with the process.
I was enjoying our small chat and before you know it, I was done! She’s so professional yet friendly and she gave me exactly what I wanted– natural looking thicker brows. We are in the process of growing out some bald spots in my brows but they look amazing already!

I get my brows and brazilian done by her. Getting the nether regions waxed can be a bit intimidating and uncomfortable but Heather makes it very pleasant. She is definitely the best here in SCV.
