Worst customer service I have ever encountered in my life!!! My 19 year old sister went in to upgrade her broken phone. The district manager Ashley talked her in to getting a bundle package saying it will lower our monthly bill and we don’t have to pay a dime for it and that all we have to pay is the tax in the store which they said they are giving her an in store credit to pay it with. The account is under my name so she had to call me to get my permission. I have 5 lines and 3 tablets already on my bill. My bill is always around 230 something a month. I told the girl we didn’t need any of that stuff in the bundle so no thank you. But she continued to argue and assure me that she was going to lower my bill monthly and I wouldn’t be charged for the bundle if I added. So I took her word and agreed. 2 months later my bill is doubled to $ 421 a month!!! When I finally got ahold of her because she was avoiding my calls so I had to track her down and confront her in person, she tried to tell me she didn’t remember us or our account. When I told her I talked to Verizon on the phone she slowly said she is starting to remember but she can’t figure out what she did to our account to make it double in price. Thanks she told me and my mom that we need to «go home» do she can figure out what she did. and that she «couldn’t figure it out with us standing there staring at her». so rude! So she never figured it out and now our bill is $ 800 for 2 months. I’m in a dispute with Verizon and now they are about to shut off our phones because we can’t pay that much on our bill!!! Worst service I’ve ever experienced! I called in the other day to talk to her and when a guy answered I told him who I was and he hung up on me. When I went into the store, no one acknowledged me or said hi how can I help u or even looked at me when I walked in! I can’t believe people are actually paid to treat people like this!

Horribly untrained staff.
I was at the mall in the morning, walked by the verizon store, and went in to upgrade my phone. They asked me for my name, phone number that our account was under (the account is in my wife’s name, but I’m on the account) and to see my ID, that’s all they needed. They pulled up my account, I paid $ 300 for a brand new phone that I wanted, boom, done.
Later that night when my wife got home, I went to the verizon store on boquet, took my wife’s phone, and said that I needed to upgrade her phone for her. She was home, tired, so I went to the store. They asked for her name, my name, her phone number, and my ID… no problem. They said it was an hour and a half wait. I figured «hey… there’s that crappy little verizon store on copper hill that’s always empty, I’ll drive over to that one, this should be quick, I’M A GENIUS!!!
so I go into the verizon store on copper hill, walk in, there is only 1 other person in the entire store. I walk right up to the counter, tell the girl with the longest fake eyelashes that I’ve ever seen in my life that i’d like to upgrade my wife’s phone for her. «Ok… what’s her social security number» Me: um… how the heck am I supposed to know my wife’s social security number?
Then she says, ok… what is your 4 digit online account code? I tell her, I have no idea… I know what our online login info is for the
website, is it something that I can check online? She tells me know. I can’t call my wife because I have her phone, I try explaining to this girl that The other 2 stores that I was in that day didn’t need my social security number, or some 4 digit code for me to upgrade… all they needed was my name, phone number, and ID. Even the other verizon store just wanted my wife’s phone number, name, and my name and ID because we are both on the account.

I walked out, drove BACK to the verizon store on boquet, by lowes, where I was still on the hour 15 waiting list. I go in, they call my name, I spend $ 400 on a new phone for my wife, tell their manager what the idiot girl at the copper hill store said, and even the manager there said that she had no idea what in the heck she was doing. You don’t need that info to upgrade a phone if you have your other information.
Judging by the reviews other people have of this place, and how it’s always empty when I drive by it, I hope it closes and turns into a laundry mat.
At least the other verizon store wanted my $ 400.

The worst service ever, these two employees were involved in personal conversation with the clients, including the manager’s personal health history, instead of just do their job and speeding up the process. After seeing me wait for over half an hour, one of the employees decide to ask me if I have a question, which was pointless. The Manager was rude and he did not accept his mistake of not letting me know how long the process was estimated to take. I think some people just assume we all not have anything else to do.

I came in here a few days ago with my family and I was very impressed. The management is professional and very helpful, the staff is polite and knowledgeable about their products. We were able to get the best deal and save a lot of money as opposed to our previous plans. I highly recommend coming to this store and referring your friends and family. Very well done.

I called in advance and asked if they had an iPhone 6. «Sure we just got them in today,» the nice gal on the phone said. I drive across town, walk in and a guy at the counter tells me «yeah, we have the iPhone 6, but you have to bundle it».
«What’s bundling?» I ask.
«You have to add a tablet with wifi and a wireless hot spot to your monthly account.»
I tell him I just phoned in, nothing was said about bundling and I drove 20 minutes to get here — would have been nice for the gal on the phone to mention bundling was required. And he just stands there with no apology, no sorry for the misunderstanding, just gave me attitude.
I normally use Unilocal to focus on places that deserve credit for offering a good service. The service here stinks. The place was empty and I can see why.

This place tried to charge me $ 20.00 for a SIM card?!
I recently bought an Iphone 5c from a friend and didn’t know that it uses a ‘micro’ SIM card, no big deal I thought, I’ve gone to several Verizon stores and gotten free SIM card replacements.
I walked into this ‘Verizon store’ today and ask the lady for a SIM card for an iPhone 5. She instantly informs me of the $ 20 fee, as if she’s dealt with this before. I then told her I’ve gotten it for free at a ‘real’ Verizon store that’s just 5 minutes away (on bouquet canyon). After I told her that she snapped at me with ‘this is a real Verizon store’ I just smiled at her and walked out.
Bad customer service, stupid extra fees, terrible ‘Verizon store’.
I ended up at the ‘real’ Verizon store on Bouquet cnyn. (right next to panda express) where they gave me a *FREE* SIM card, as it should be.
