THESE GUYS ARE AMAZING! I had a couple of issues with my BMW and they had no problem diagnosing the car, as well as taking care of the issues accordingly. Their customer service was outstanding, as well at their meticulous attention to detail. These guys are experts and I will be going here again.

Very nice mechanic, seems honest, very independent and not-​like a chain. The shop has a comfortable lobby, and I was in and out quickly both times I took my 335i in for maintenance. When I called around for a brake fluid flush, Valencia European was the lowest price in a 40 mile radius of Santa Clarita. I’ve also asked about their pricing for larger repairs like the n54 water pump, and I’m glad to report they charge what I would consider a good deal for an Indy shop (let alone dealer etc).

John was such an awesome guy. He was very friendly and they helped me out so much. I went in for an alignment on a lowered car. I brought in my 2002 Honda Civic and they let me choose the specs I wanted my tires. They made sure that my toe was perfect on all 4 tires. Also it was at a very reasonable price. I left very happy. My car drives strait and there are no problems now. Thanks guys!

I’m only placing a 4 star because all I had was alignment. They did an excellent job, the shop is clean, the personnel are kind and informative. I cant honestly rate the shop merely on a alignment though. I will need to have something substantial done to really know the experience…

These guys know what they’re doing — — They are highly skilled and very knowledgeable regarding European vehicle engineering and performance features, they work on customers’ cars with technical proficiency and meticulous attention to detail, they treat the customers’ cars as if the cars are their own, and they do everything with courtesy and a genuine smile.
When I purchased my BMW 650 a few years ago, I equipped it with H&R lowering springs, additional custom suspension components, as well as after-​market wheels and tires. This month, I wanted to have the existing custom suspension inspected, serviced, and modified — — but I was NOT going to entrust my vehicle to «just any shop.» So I did my research to find a qualified 5-​star European vehicle shop in Santa Clarita.

I called Valencia European and spoke with «John.» John is very friendly, professional, and he carefully and patiently listened to my questions and my concerns regarding the work I wanted performed. He then provided a detailed response, he explained various procedures, and his forthright and courteous response provided me with assurance that my vehicle would be in very good hands.
On the day of my appointment, I met John as well as chief service technician «Jose.» I presented Jose with questions regarding the work to be performed, and Jose responded in a very friendly manner, and he patiently explained what he would be doing, and the reasons for various work he would perform. Jose «looks young,» but his astute explanations regarding mechanical details, and the technically proficient work that he subsequently performed on my BMW’s customized suspension confirmed that Jose has a wealth of experience, and he is EXCELLENT at what he does. The work that Jose performed was perfect in every respect.
«Hakop» also worked on my car. Hakop is a huge mountain of a man, but he’s very friendly and conducts himself very professionally. Hakop installed and balanced new tires and after-​market wheels while my suspension was being worked on and modified by Jose. Everything that Hakop did was performed with great skill and care, and Hakop carefully checked and re-​checked to make sure that everything was fitting and working perfectly.
Last but not least, Valencia European’s prices are much less expensive compared to the prices and hourly rates charged by European auto dealerships, and VE’s prices are comparable to other independent shops that provide 5-​Star service for European vehicles.
I can easily confirm that the prior 5-​star reviews for Valencia European are entirely correct. Valencia European is an EXCELLENT choice for obtaining routine service, as well as for obtaining specialized after-​market product installation and service.

I brought in my BMW for maintenance they were so nice and you can tell they cared about my car unlike many other shops, they literally got right on it. Very friendly people i got a ⁵⁄₅ service on it. Everything was very convenient definitely recommend this place to my friends & family.

I would like to thank the guys at Valencia European once again for taking care of me. They always find a way to fit me in w/​my busy schedule. I use to bring my Nissan Z here for years and was worried when management changed but the service is even better now I must admit. Jack is my point of contact there and he’s very thorough when dealing with my BMW 435i. I’ve done everything from oil changes and inspections to having a software diagnosis done. Valencia European always saves me a trip to the dealer, thanks guys!

I took my lowered Audi A4 and had the oil pan replaced because i cracked it while going way too fast. they replaced it for a better price than anyone else and had me back on the road in no time.

Bjorn was awesome & honest. Unfortunately, he moved & sold the business to people that don’t seem to be. We are not so great with cars, but my father (in law) is an auto mechanic, which we let the Hispanic mechanic that was checking the car know, but maybe he didn’t relay that to the guy at the front desk? The answer we got was that our brakes were supposedly at 5% in the front & 20% in the back and that we should change both. Even at 20%??? Sounded fishy to me, but not having to pay over $ 1000 was worth bugging my dad for. Well, he informed us that the front brakes were at 25% & the back ones were at 50% after he checked today! Safe to say we won’t be back unless Bjorn is back.

Can’t say enough good about these guys at Valencia European… Sammy actually drove with me over 50 miles to find out what’s wrong with the car… It wouldn’t reset to be smogged… They went above and beyond to help me figure things out… John helped too… I never got the impression that they were just trying to empty my wallet… Just charged me for diagnostic result… The standard $ 79 fee… I won’t forget how well this team treated me as a customer… Would highly recommend to my fellow Unilocalers!

This reviews for the tuner/​aftermarket guys looking for a great place to align your car when everyone else says no. I took my s2000 in that i had lowered 2 inches on coilovers to get aligned. These guys were very accommodating and worked with me with what i was looking for. Getting the car on the rack was no problem and the equipment they use is the best and most accurate in the market. I specified the alignment i wanted and they obliged (–3 camber all the way around). They allowed me to hang around and watch the whole process. I was surprised at what they charged me after all my specific directions, the price was the lowest i had heard, EVER. I drove the car back home and the alignment was spot on. I have found my new spot for alignments for myself and my buddies. Look no further, this is the place to be. Thanks again euro!

Brought my Volvo S60 to install broken Oil Trap Hose. I bought the parts at Volvo dealership and they said the labor would be $ 340 dollars.
I decided to bring my car to This shop-​Valencia European, the staff and mechanic are friendly, two mechanics worked on my car and installed the oil trap hose in half an hour. Total repair cost charged $ 39.50. What a deal!
I highly recommend this shop.
