Too Amazing Thai Massage and Spa

Massage was amazing, got the couples massage with my gf for $ 40 each. Don’t do the groupon deal they give you better deals with cash. Business is right next to the 99 cent store small little section we made an appointment at 2 but arrived 20 min early and they took us right in a room after first paying. We undressed down to our panties laid down and as soon as we were done they came right in. Very friendly, names were Victoria and I think aleana. My masseuse really got in there, walked on my back, kneaded out knots, massaged me from head to toe. While constantly asking if the pressure was ok. They also massaged us with hot stones. She did briefly leave the room to answer the phone. I believe they were the only 2 there but that was ok because my gf’s masseuse came over and put hot stones until she returned. They do ask for tips but we didn’t mind for the work they did. Simply amazing

This place is actually heaven. We recommend it to anyone who suffers from serious migraines-​headaches. We have been coming here for over a year now and this is my go to spot for massage in the valley. Their price are great We Can’t wait to be back here soon :)

I’ve been really sore from my backpacking trip and my aunt was stressed out so we came to this place for a massage and it was amazing. The staff is very friendly and amazing at what they do. Bennie, the owner had a huge smile on her face when we walked in and took us in last minute. She asked me what kind of massage I liked and where I was sore and did a great job massaging my back. She was also very polite and cheered my aunt up since she had a bad day. Licha, the another masseuse gave me a relaxing leg massage. I will definitely be coming back and bringing my boyfriend and mom. I always got massages in Thailand and this totally made me happy that I found this place with a relaxing ambience and great staff and price. I would recommend this place to anyone

The staff is very friendly and pleasant. I had an hour massage and the pressure was just right. Other places that I have been to were a little too light for my liking but it was just right. Very clean and most importantly very quiet. I would very much recommend!

Been to almost all massage places in SCV. this one looks a little shady, but it is the BEST massage place out here. A little expensive for me, but well worth it. They get a little close to your armpits and butt crack and stuff, makes me a little uncomfortable sometimes, but it does feel good. It’s never too inappropriate, true Thai massage. No other massage place I’ve been to does a good a job as them. They do a REALLY GOOD JOB.

Good Grief! I’m reading some of these reviews and I just can’t believe they are real! If there was a «Minus 1» rating, I would have given it!
I treat myself to about 2 massages a month and sometimes look for a coupon to help defray costs. Normally, my experience ranges from average to excellent. Not this time, which is why I decided to post a review.
When I arrived on-​time, I was quickly shown to a room. I thought it odd that I wasn’t given a health assessment to fill out. The room was adequate, but the table did not have a face-​cradle, which extends beyond the table for better access of the neck and shoulders. Instead, the table had a slit cut out for the face and a flimsy tissue paper over it. The table was harder than what I’m used to and the slit, where the face goes, was beyond annoying! I had to constantly move my face around, trying to find an angle that was less uncomfortable. After noticing a very prominent «Tip guide» on the table (Smiley faces pictured next to the big tip suggestions and sad faces for low or no tips), I was initially told to disrobe, being either fully nude or to keep panties on, and lay face down. She then left the room. I looked for a top-​sheet but there was only a towel. When I inquired, I was told: «You a lady, so it’s okay». I’m not a prude but thank goodness I wasn’t going commando that day. It would have been even more awkward.
My «Therapist» was wearing a dress, jewelry, and sported longer nails than I expected. Hardly the attire of your average Massage Therapist. I don’t think she stated her name… I wish that she had.
The «Therapist» asked me if I had any medical concerns. I told her no, but I requested more time on my neck and shoulders than other areas. She asked me if I was off work and I told her that, no, I work late evenings, until late in the mornings. She then asked, «Why? Do you have Government Job?»…What?
Of course, there was nothing to tie back my hair, a clip, hair band or anything. There’s nothing more irritating than having your hair pulled and oiled up when it should be secured so you can enjoy your massage. I tried tying my hair into a knot and was somewhat successful.
I felt those fingernails immediately. Little, uncomfortable jabs & scratches which prevented me from relaxing, in anticipation of them. If I could feel them, couldn’t she? As she proceeded, I noticed that some of the massage strokes she would use on one limb or one side was not repeated on the other side. It felt awkward, clumsy and lazy. A few times, I even felt that personal genital boundaries were compromised. Fingers just too close to the private areas…
She left the room 3 times, with no announcement, once, right in the middle of working on a limb. (Which was not completed when she returned back to the room). With one of those exits, she did return with a warm, wet towel to remove the oil, but, I’m assuming the other absences were due to nobody present in the front office. That’s when I noticed the iPad (or similar device) on the floor. It showed live camera views of the entrance and lobby of the establishment. Was there really nobody to man the front entrance, while she massaged me? There was a freaky «surveillance» vibe that had me speculating the professionalism of this establishment. Could «I» be on Candid Camera? I normally relax during a massage, even dozing off for a short spell… but how could I do that with all of this, plus the occasional, loud voice emanating from the hall?
At the end of the massage, she began to manipulate certain body parts for Thai stretches. I have no problem with this if done gently and with my consent… but at one point when an uncomfortable stretch was met with my resistance, she began repeating «Relax…relax». I told her my hip could not stretch that far and she replied with «Oh, but you say you have no medical problem!». I told her that I «didn’t» have a medical problem. It was just uncomfortable to be torqued beyond what a safe stretch should be. We aren’t all gymnasts here!
When the massage was over, (less time than the scheduled hour), I quickly dressed and left a tip (a little less than I would normally tip, but certainly more than I felt was deserved), on the table. When I reached the entrance to leave, I said, «Thanks». Her face turned sour and she actually asked me «You have no tip for me?» My eyes widened and I nearly shared my opinion of what I had just experienced. Instead, I replied that her «Tip» was in the room, and I left.
Maybe I just got the wrong therapist but I won’t be returning. Sometimes, you get what you pay for. Buyer Beware!

My husband and I tried Too Amazing Thai Massage tonight and really enjoyed it! We’ve tried all the other massage places in the area and haven’t been thrilled at our experiences. Benny gave my husband and I the hot stone massage at a discount since it was our first time there and we loved it! The inside was clean and comfortable and everyone in there was so nice! Benny is extremely pleasant and professional and we will definitely be regulars here!

I’ve had many massages at many different massage parlors around Los Angeles, and I think this is my new favorite place. Everyone was really nice and friendly, and the rooms are comfortable. It’s very quiet and relaxing. I’ve already made an appointment to go back.

Just like at Too Amazing Massage and Spa, Benny matched me to the right masseuse for what I wanted. I was settled into my room and had time to relax before Thanya came in for my 90 min massage with those wonderful hot stones. Thanya listened to me when I needed pressure changes and, when my neck needed more work, she performed some stretches and deeper massage to relieve some of the stiffness. Be sure to stop by or call for a relaxing and revitalized visit!
My husband came here a few weeks before with a painful lower back. He had a 60 min session with Victoria. He said that after 2 days, he was completely without pain! No more rolled towels in his car seat or office chair!

Such a lovely and friendly place. First, the place is nice, clean and relaxing. Every client will have their own private massage room. Just like a luxury spa!!! Secondly, the therapist are professional, they don’t waste the time. They are so friendly and love their job. Finally, for $ 40/​hr. nowhere else can beat the service that this place have to offer. Definitely recommended.

Worst massage ever! I had to walk out after 20 mins! Rubbing is just rubbing, not a massage!

A little bit noisy since it is right next to the 99 cents store and am feeling a bit sore this morning. The pressure of the massage was not even so at one point it would feel great and then at another point the pain was cringe worthy. I wasn’t a fan of the fact that the girl doing my massage left 6 times throughout the massage because nobody was there to man the front when other people came in. Free hot stone was a plus but overall it felt lazy.

After reading the reviews on Unilocal my husband and I decided to check it out. We made the appointment for a couples massage. We arrived and were taken in immediately. Lisa massaged me and Victoria massaged my husband. Both ladies did a great job, especially since my husband had an issue with his shoulder blade. Will definitely be back.

When I decide to find a place to get a massage I usually don’t wait until my body is at a point in which I really, really need some work. Today, however, was one of those rare days where I knew I should not wait any longer. I bit the bullet and decided to give Too Amazing Thai Massage and Spa a try (the 2^nd check in with this review is due to my initial check in a few months ago as a walk in at 8 PM, however the place was booked for the rest of the night).
I normally search first locally where I am for the best rated and least expensive place for my massage. Since Too Amazing is in my home town and very close to get too on Lyons Avenue, the choice was simple.
My fiancé and I called ahead for an appointment two with 30 minutes notice. Upon arrival, we were greeted and quickly shown to our couple’s room. The usual disrobe but leave your underpants instructions were given. Soon enough, once underneath our towel covering, our massage began with some soothing hot stones.
I came in with some very sharp pain in my lower back, which was very painful each time I leaned over or moved in a certain direction. Not to mention that my shoulders are typically sore from working a desk job and sitting at the computer some more once home. The 1 hour session with hard pressure upon my request solved all these issues. I now sit back at home happily reviewing my experience.
Will I return? Of course. To the same place? I think my searching around for the best priced, best reviewed location has come to an end. I will return to Too Amazing since it lives up to it’s name.

I was skeptical about going to a Thai massage parlor since I mostly frequent Burke Williams and Glen Ivy. I was AMAZED at the service I received here for being such a small establishment. They really know how to make you feel comfortable. I received a massage with hot stones and I have to say that it was the best I have ever had. I pay hundreds at Burke Williams every month and I paid half that for a MUCH better massage here. I had knots in my neck and shoulders and by the time I left, I felt SO much better. They were also great and finding just the right amount of pressure for me. I will definitely be canceling my BW membership and using this place on a regular basis instead. LOVE!!!

Wonderful massage! Haven’t had a massage in a long time. My neck was starting to hurt earlier in the day from work related stress & Nadia, the massage therapist, removed the knots as she worked on my neck, back, shoulders & legs. I feel much better after a stressful day at work. Highly recommend!

WOW ! My second massage session with Benny and team. This was my first visit to the new location. The first one was at the last location which is also open. They are expanding and well worth the money. I requested Benny for my massage and she was ready at 7 pm sharp when I walked in. The new place is clean and spacious like the old one. Rooms smell good and the nice Thai music soothes you. I got the one hour with aromatherapy and the hot stone massage. The hot stone massage feels so good. Benny worked all my worn muscles and brought them back alive ;-) She applied the right pressure at all the aching joints. Once you walk into the room you wear the over-​sized boxer and lie face down on the bed. You get a bottle of water as your walk out. Highly recommended. Will go over again sometime soon.
The new location is where the 99 cents, Tutti-​Frutti is located. There is ample free parking in the strip mall.
