Wonderful company I wish I thought of the idea, I have used The Basket queen multiple times both in long planning and short term planning events and both have came out above expectation. The prices are very reasonable and they work with you and also deliver if need be. They can do any occasion. Birthday, valentine’s, surprise, anniversary, just thinking of you etc. If you need a great, easy, and convenient gift for a loved one or a friend in a short time span this is the place you need to look to. I will continue to use this company as often as possible for gift needs.

Excellent customer service. I live in NJ and emailed The Basket Queen to inquire about delivering a basket to Burbank. The owner was on the other side of the country and still responded to my email quickly and continued to work with me via texting to have her team in CA work on my order. The basket was adorable and hand delivered on the day I requested (even though I had not given them much notice — emailed them only one day prior). They were speedy, attentive to my requests/​details and professional. I would definitely recommend/​use this business again.

I was scrambling on what to do for my best friend for Valentine’s Day and I got Jacky’s number from a friend and I couldn’t be happier! I texted her on Monday before Valentine’s Day thinking she wouldn’t be able to help me out on sub a short notice and to my surprise she was able to complete it by my desired pick up date of today which is Wednesday!!! She made it so easy and painless. She pretty much did all the thinking for me! Just gave her a price range and a couple things my friend likes and she even put some Lakers tickets that I bought in the basket! She’s legit yall! Thanks again Jacky!!!

Wow! Jacky is as amazing as all of the reviews say she is.
My coworkers all decided to pitch in and get a basket for our office staff for Christmas, a total of 5 people. I was worried that any pre-​made gift baskets would be difficult to split among the 5 people.
She always was great at maintaining contact through email and text. I told her my budget and what I had in mind and she made it come true. She included 5 bottles of wine, a box of Sprinkles cupcakes, lots of fancy chocolates and treats. I have to say, she has fabulous taste! The office staff LOVED it!
There were no surprises other than the fact that she exceeded all my expectations. I only wish I had seen the Unilocal $ 75 for $ 100 deal earlier.
I would 100% recommend her for future gifting and I have the full confidence that she will always take care of me and make the most amazing baskets!

I can’t get over how amazingly talented Jacky is. I’ve ordered multiple baskets from her, and each one of them is so uniquely different. Amazing! I couldn’t wait to tell everyone how accommodating and personable Jacky was! I live in the Bay Area and it was one of my guy friends birthday in Los Angeles. I was so worried to find someone last minute. Not only did she make a fabulous basket in less than an 8hr notice but delivered it at the time requested. I am SO HAPPY I found Jacky through Unilocal.
It was my cousin’s first birthday away from home at UCLA, and he wasgoing through finals so I wanted to get him something nice, but I live in northern California. I would have made it myself, but the shipping costs of my goods would have been pricey, and packaging would have looked horrible!
Thank goodness I found Jacky. I told her a little about the situation, a little description of my cousin, and in ONE DAY she pulled through and hand delivered it to my cousin at his dorm area. She made sure the basket had a variety of goods for pre and post finals time, and took into consideration what I wanted for it to include and even hand wrote a birthday greeting I asked for. It was like me doing it but having someone trustworthy and reliable do it. I also thought the price was reasonable. I gave her a budget I wanted to work in, and even though it was a bit more, it was worth it.

I have worked with Jacky on more than one occasion… she has been amazing at making exactly what I ask for/​imagine with the baskets! First time I asked her to make a basket was for Christmas for a friend. It turned out beautiful and perfect and my friend loved it!!! She also donated over 10 baskets for participants in my dance groups anniversary concert! Everyone loved the baskets! They were beautiful and everything inside was great!!! It was the perfect gesture for everyone! She can do whatever you like!!! You can’t go wrong with one of her baskets! I’m sooo glad I got to work with her and get her amazing baskets! I fell in love with the baskets Jacky made for me for christmas/​New Years. I ordered 5 baskets as gifts and each one was different and unique she put so much thought into each one. I would never find anything like it at a store. Thank u so much Jacky
