This is my 2^nd time using Todd and his team. They are very clean, thorough and professional, and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

Thank you Todd & team for drying out our home for the 3^rd time in 19 yrs (all the fault of the builder NOT our plumber or Tag Team). Theyre quick, unobtrusive & friendly! I always feel comfortable to call them first!

During our remodel, our electrician accidently drilled a ¾″ hole through the sewer pipe coming from the master bath toilet on the second floor. Four days later, I saw a large wet spot on our living room ceiling. I cut a hole and immediately smelled raw sewage. Our plumber came out and fixed the damaged pipe, but because of four days contaminated water spilling out, he suggested I contact a restoration company. Never needed a restoration in all the years we’ve lived in our home, so our plumber recommended TagTeam911. He said they were a good, honest company.
I called and spoke to the owner, Todd. I explained the problem and he said he’ll send someone out right away. About 90 minutes later, Carlos and his crew came out and assessed the problem. They immediately cut out the damaged ceiling (2’x4’) and sprayed the entire area with disinfectant/​anti-​mold solution. The area was sealed off with heavy plastic and two large blowers and a dehumidifier were used to dry it out. Two days later, Carlos and his guys returned to patch the ceiling. They dry walled, mudded and textured. The area looks perfect, cannot see the patch. They also patched a 2’x2’ spot upstairs they cut out so the plumbers could access a vent tube. Again, perfectly patched and textured.
These guys are very professional, meticulous and clean. Plastic everywhere, swept and vacuumed each day they were here. Even the little things like taping down cords from the fans. When they finished, our ceiling and wall look liked they were never touched. Todd came out to personally inspect the job. He is friendly, professional guy who runs a great company that employs people who know what they are doing and are good at it.

Todd and his crew are my heros! After a pipe burst at my house, he and his ream responded immediately. They dried out the walls and and mitigated all of the damage. My insurance didn’t cover the damage, so he worked with me and gave me a very reasobable quote. I had to call them out for a second time for a major disaster at our Palmdale house and they managed to impress me even more this time around.
Todd and his team are amazing, patient, clean and most important, compassionare during these nightmares. I HIGHLY recommend them!
