I know going into Sizzler I shouldn’t expect fine dining, but the service at this location was extremely bad. After paying our $ 35 for two people we sat in a booth that was right next to a group of large loud people. The biggest guy in the group insisted on watching some rock concert at full volume on his iPhone. So we moved our seats. Across the restaurant we could still hear it but not as bad. Where the fun came in, was how the waiter(tall dark haired guy who seemed to only care about his section) came to our previous table just as we were changing tables. We said we were moving and he didn’t offer to ask why or help us to a new location. At our new table we waited another 15 minutes for our new section waiter to show up to the table. It was just annoying. So I got up and asked a food prepper if we could get someone over to our table. She went to our previous waiter-to-be and I clearly heard him say, «See my section? My area is good. No problems. That is not my section over there– not my problem.» I asked the food prep girl if I had heard him correctly and she nodded yes. I asked to see a manager. She went to get a manager and even came over to our table a few minutes later to tell us the manager was on her way. The manager never showed her face. During this time I watched another food prep man go through a stack of non clean plates(they came out of the wash dirty I guess) at the food area and flick bits of dirty residue off of the plates with his bare hands. SOGROSS and unsanitary. My wife loves a salad bar, but we won’t be coming anywhere near this location again. –occurrence Friday night, 9pm June 24, 2016.

We stop at Sizzler every now and then. We never have mentioned a server by name in any previous Unilocal reviews. The servers at Sizzler are usually courteous, helpful, and pleasant and add to the dining experience. But Miguel, our server at our last visit ruined our dining experience. He threw the basket of cheese bread onto the table. He did not ask if we wanted the cheese or the other options. He also did not ask if we needed a refill for our drinks, never picked up dirty plates and never asked how we were doing. When we did ask for a utensil he was rude ad insolent. Who needs a lousy attitude with dinner. We can get enough of that at work:) Probably won’t return to Sizzler after this experience.

A good place to bring the family. Tend to get the value meals with salad bar. Kids always get some of the fruit from my plate which is ok since it keeps them busy until their food comes. I do wish they had Coke instead of Pepsi, but that is my only hang up with them. Servers are always friendly and rarely do you have to wait for refills on your drinks. Never had a bad time here. Food is always good!

Sizzler is not a great place, but it isn’t a bad place either. We usually go for one of the lunch specials during the day and the value for the money is good. Dinners are over priced though. My only real complaint about Sizzler is the cheap crap they offer for dessert in the salad bar. That ice cream machine does not dispense soft serve ice cream. They call it frozen non-dairy dessert. I have no idea what the ingredients that stuff is, but there is no cream from a cow. The cake desserts taste worse than a Hostess Cupcake. I give the place 4 stars because I have had many great lunches with my teenage son here that I will never forget.

The most miserable $ 76 I have spent in my life. Under staffed and food was over cooked.

The girl taking our order in the front of the house was so incredibly rude and argued with me about what I ordered. I was clearly reading off of a sign in the lobby and she was ringing me up for something completely different. When she realized her mistake she got incredibly snooty and didn’t apologize. Management should put someone with half a brain up front when dealing with the public.

I am really surprised this Sizzler only has 3 stars. Like with anything you have your good and bad I suppose. This was my first time to this Sizzler. It was really nice and clean. The host that took my order was very pleasant and had great communication. The food was good… really good… even the salad bar. All the food looked fresh, and the salad bar area was very clean. My waiter Alberto was super nice and attentive. My family and I enjoyed a night out to dinner together. Definitely a 5 Star Visit.

It’s been open for a while and I haven’t been because it’s a little trek from my house. Went there for lunch. I got the 6 oz Steak lunch(with Baked Potato and Salad Bar). I went there knowing it’s just Sizzler and it was just Sizzler. The steak was good, the baked potato was good, the salad bar was UNBELIEVABLE. Might very well be the best I’ve ever been to. Everything was fresh. Good variety. I recommend you going, if for nothing else, but the salad bar. Steak lunch for two, 27 bucks. Not bad. I’ll be back.

The food is ok but the distribution of workers is lopsided, thus, poor service. The server is on the phone texting while the only waitress has to serve tables, pickup and take orders. We had to wait for 30 minutes before they brought us our drink after we sent one of our kids to get their attention. Then, the steak came out but it was cold and dry. Supposing its been siiting on the counter too long. After we sent it back, we waited another 20 minutes but they cooked over the same steak so it was charred and over cooked this time. By this time, my family already finished their meal and I haven’t even gotten started. We gave NO tips. To Sizzler MGMT: Distribute your workers equally. At least if you can have the seaters or bus boys bring out the drinks and dinner rolls, the customers wouldn’t have to wait so long for drinks and rolls. Seaters…you’re clocked in. Customers see everything you guys do that is not professional. Restaurant is NOT only about the food but when and how its served. No matter how perfectly chef cooks the food, if the waiters/waitesses brings it out 30 minutes later cold and dry, the food is NEVER going to taste good. The restaurant is NOT that busy. The operation is not managed properly.

Don’t expect anything good or fancy. Pretty much a fast food steak house. Definitely not old school we going sizzler style. Shrimp was not that bad, but then turned into what seemed to be uncooked smush. Service was nice.

Great experience at this Sizzler! Food, service and the price was very good. Ordered from the Signature Value Menu which is a nice deal. I had the grilled shrimp skewers for $ 13.99 and it included the salad bar. I was surprised with all the selection and the freshness of the salad bar. They even have taco bar, chicken wings, nachos, ice cream and etc. Definitely will be going back!

The food is tasty, but the restaurant is busy and the staff can’t seem to keep things stocked. I tried to get meat from the taco bar 4 times and there was no meat. I tried to go several times for chicken and enchiladas and couldn’t find. Went for a bowl for ice cream, no bowls. Server offered cheese bread when we got to restaurant, then he never brought it. This restaurant could be much better. Dissappointing.

Was happy to spend sometime in a place that brings back memories… Was having a blast having my salad, up until I got my plate! Noticed there was a hair on the lemon slice on top of my chicken! when let the waitress know she offered another plate to replace it, I declined but explained to her I would like to eat the baked-potatoe. She offered to refund me. What I got was a refund of 4.99 instead of the full price of 7.98. Still trying to process the whole thing!

This is probably the nicest Sizzler restaurant we’ve visited. The service is good, the staff friendly, and the food is good!

So disappointed. Not worth the price or the trip. I LOVE buffets so even with the ones that aren’t so great are still worth it to me. The last time I was at a sizzler was about 3 ½ years ago and it was in Sunland. Apparently that one is now closed and I hope this one is soon to follow. How did a Hometown Buffet close yet this is still open? Maybe we can try a Golden Corral next. All I was able to finish eating from their salad bar was the imitation crab salad and the potatoes(and half were burned) I do have to say that although the food is horrible, the service was great. Very helpful and quick to refill your drinks/take plates. But since that’s really all they’re doong I can’t imagine it would be too hard to put on a happy face and be nice.

Where do I begin… I placed an order via telephone at 5:50pm. I was told it would be 20min for the order to be ready. Upon our arrival,(which was 30min later) we stood in line for 10min. After paying for our food, we were told that it would be right out.(I failed to mention there was a to go order on the counter when we first arrived and were waiting in line.) After waiting another 15min we asked someone about our order. He went to the back to check and then came out to check the bag on the counter that had been sitting there since we walked in 25min ago. He said they were going to complete our other dinner we ordered in about 10min and the incomplete order that was sitting out for who knows how long, was ours. I told him that I would not accept the food that had been sitting on the counter for who knows at this point and I would prefer all of my food to be freshly prepared. He then brought the manager who offered to prepare our order fresh which would take 20min or we could dine in(This is an hour after we ordered our food that was going to be ready in 20min). I told the manager that my obviously pregnant wife was not going to wait another 20min and we have no desire to dine in hence the phone order The manager then offered a refund with ZERO concessions. I can understand a mixup, things happen. But how about a little compensation for our time… oh well Outback curbside here we come …

Very disappointed, service is reminiscent of a high school cafeteria. An hour and a half for them to get my wives meal right. Management was non existent. Beautiful restaurant though, they just need some new leadership

This place is my sons favorite restaurant! He loves the Malibu chicken and the salad bar! It’s a chain so you sort of know what to expect. They have a choice between yeast rolls and cheese bread. We get both. My son loves their cheese toast. They usually ask you to cut your steak and check to make sure it is cooked correctly. It can sometimes be hard to find service when you need a drink refill or more bread. They have seasonal selections. That make coming here often interesting. Right now they have all American barbecue which include tri-tip and roasted corn. They have an add on wedge salad for $ 2.99. It can feed two people. My husband got the steak and all-you-can-eat shrimp. This is a nice large portion. And they are generous with the refill. Just make sure you ask for it early before your stomach figures out that you’re full. They started asking you to see yourself. This is a strange behavior compared to other Sizzler’s. So consider yourself warned. In summary, this place is OK for a quick family dinner. Not extremely creative but the food is solid. Service can be hit or miss depending on where you sit.
