SCV Jump N Slide

Had my daughters 5^th birthday on May 17^th Sunday and being new to the Santa Clarita area I didn’t know many places in the area to trust with being on time for set up etc. I got SCV jump and slide from the park approved list… looked up all there information on there website which was very helpful as all the prices were on the site. As it was late at night I decided to email them with what I was looking for. Chris owner of the company emailed me back almost immediately saying he would call in the morning to discuss the information. I missed his call, called back no answer left message and he called me not too long after. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. he was very professional broke down all the cost which matched his online pricing. We set the date and ordered right then and there. He mentioned that he would so a follow up call on the Thursday before the party and he did. it was great delivery on Sunday was for 930 a and two men showed up right at 930 on point so impressive :) they set up and explained all the equipment and even offered to wipe down the tables even though they were nice and clean I didn’t have them do that since I was covering the tables with covers. they set up the tables the canopy for me also the jumper was perfect. The generator was so quiet and so happy they provided that as an additional service. Pick up was at 430 and they were perfectly on time and I am the type of person who like to clean things off and have things ready for them they were so nice while I opened my daughters presents and waited patiently while we finished the gifts. I can’t complain one bit for SCV Jump and Slide what an amazing experience what great people and at such a reasonable cost. THANK YOU SCV jump and slide for making my daughters 5^th birthday party perfection, I will def. Use u for all parties to come thank u

So happy with these guys! They delivered the 13×13 modular right on time, the kids had a blast, and they picked up right on time, too! Really appreciated that they didn’t have any delivery charge — made for a bigger tip from us. My daughters party was so much fun because of this company, we will definitely be using them again and again!

These guys were great! Not only were they on time, helpful and clean but they were so nice to give into my strong idea of having this slide in my back yard and not in my front yard. They trust that I did my homework and guess what! It fit! I will definitely be using them again in the future!

We rented a 13’x13’ jumper and hot dog machine. We were impressed with the prices and even more so when they showed up at the door at 8 am the day of the party. However, we were a little disappointed when we received a steamer hot dog machine instead of the rotisserie style they had advertised, but we were OK with it. We were told the one advertised had been broken the week before. The problem started when we filled the steamer hot dog machine with water, it began leaking quite a bit from the base of the machine where the electrical cable was connected. We ended up using our barbecue for the hot dogs.
The bouncer was lots of fun and the kids loved it. The guys even gave us more time than we’d asked for, which was awesome! I’d love to end on a good note, however, a couple days later, we learned of a new issue. A sprinkler line had busted in the backyard near where the bouncer was located. After digging up the sod and soil to expose the broken line, we noticed the line did not burst at all, but was punctured. It had been punctured by the metal spikes they use to keep the bouncer stable at all 4 corners.
So, all in all, great prices, showed up on time, however, with the above mentioned issues, I can’t say we’d ever use them again.

Contacted SCV jump n slide 2 weeks prior to my daughter’s party and I contacted Chris. He was very easy to talk to. I reserved a package deal. The week of the party I called to confirm the bounce house (with 2 tables, 12 chairs a canopy and a sno cone machine).
2 guys (Jason and Zack) delivered, set up the equipment and made sure everything was good before leaving. And after the party they came back after the confirmed time and put everything away. I would definitely use this company again. They were very professional and they have great prices. (I called around scv and even in sfv).

We rented a bouncy for my step-​daugther (young adult) birthday party at her request. It was just the famly, but I have to say that I was surprised at how much fun WE ADULTS had having a bouncy house all to ourselves! It made for such a fun afternoon! The price was very reasonable and I would do it again in a minute! The staff was friendly and punctual. So glad we did this! (Only have a few sore muscles to deal with.)

Rented the Mickey Mouse bouncer and popcorn machine for our son’s first birthday party today. Since it was cold and rainy, Jason suggested renting a heater. He ran back to the warehouse and was back in no time with it. Very impressed with the service! Nice and friendly. Would definitely rent from them again.

Rented a small jumper, 20 chairs and a kids table for my son’s 1^st birthday party. Prices were great. I was told they would deliver between 8 – 1 and they were here at 8:30 (more jumping time). We had 10 kids under 4 jumping and they had a blast, grandma even had fun jumping! Chairs were sturdy and kids table was perfect size for little ones! Taking down the jumper took minutes. I would highly recommend SCV Jump N Slide to anyone, can’t wait to rent again!

Top notch company. Easy to deal with and reasonable pricing. They have great packages– we got the bounce house/​slide combo with a cotton candy machine, canopy, tables and chairs or under $ 300 including the generator. The equipment was in excellent condition and the guys that setup were nice and extremely helpful (even helping to carry a few things from our car). I would not hesitate to call them again for my next party.

I needed to book 2 water slides for a community party as well as tables, chairs, ez-​ups and a popcorn and cotton candy machine. SCV Jump n Slide’s package pricing made this task a breeze. Working with Chris was a pleasure. He was quick to respond to me during the planning process. The water slides were both in excellent condition, maybe even brand new. The kids at the party were occupied for hours. We will definitely be renting from SCV Jump n Slide again!

I scheduled a play date for my son’s entire kindergarten class at my home so I decided to rent a bouncer/​water slide from SCV Jump N Slide to keep the kids occupied. SCV Jump N Slide was reasonably priced as compared to their competitors. They showed up on time and set up the equipment in a timely manner.
The kids all had a blast. They pretty much played on the bouncer/​waterslide the entire time. I’m not sure what I would have done with all those kids without it.
I highly recommend them and I plan to use them in the future.

Never wrote a review on Unilocal before but felt this one warranted one. Truly the BEST experience with a Bounce/​Jumper company in all of Santa Clarita… and we’ve tried quite a few! From one parent to another, believe us when we say you will get the best experience– variety of bouncers/​jumpers/​slides to choose from, the staff [we had Jason who has FANTASTIC!!], and you absolutely cannot beat the prices, especially if you go with the package deals. On the day of our event, the wind gusts were very strong and at a dangerous level, and in the end, they swapped it out for a rock climb wall [which turned out to be the best thing at the party!!!] for an unbelievable deal. What impressed us the most was that the company/​staff [Jason]/owner did not give up and wanted to make sure we had something for the party, instead of just packing it up and leaving us with no form of entertainment for the kids for our daughter’s birthday party. Jason stayed until the end of the party, supervising and helping the kids and adults on the rock climb. They will definitely be our go-​to bounce/​jumper/​slide house company whenever we have an event!

I had a great experience. They showed up on time and let us keep our inflatable for as long as we needed it for no extra charge. It was so convenient to rent the tables from them at the same time. The staff is extremely friendly and professional. I will never have a party without using them!
