I called Brandon to inquire if his company cleaned drapes. He told me that they did. Brandon was easy to reach and to make an appointment with. Ivan the tech arrived ready to work and eager to please. I was told that they would use very little water and mostly steam to clean the curtains. When Ivan started working he found that the steamer was not working properly, so he needed water to clean the drapes. I was concerned about the drapes loosing their shape and possible shrinking. Ivan vacuumed the swag so as not to take a chance of ruining them. I thought that he worked very hard to be as thorough as possible. The drapes do look a little creased at this point, I hope they will look better when they are dry.

Todd arrived on time & was done in a half hour, even though I had been given an estimate of 1 ½ hrs. I have a 3 bedrm, 2 bath, walk-​in closet & powder rm that have carpet.
I noticed after they left that my chairs were put back on damp carpet without the protection of plastic squares. Other items were put on top of my bed.
I was told by a follow up call they do not clean carpet under items thave been in place since the carpet was installed! I mentioned that the carpet was damp.
Since less carpet was cleaned, my overall bill should have been less than I’ve paid previously. However, the price was the highest I have ever paid. I doubt I will use these people again.

I had a drain get clogged and cause a sewer line to backup in my office break area ~ absolutely disgusting. Called SCV Carpet Cleaning at about 4pm (end of day) and they had a tech out almost immediately! Tech was professional, courteous and did a terrific job. Very fair pricing. Would absolutely recommend to anyone.

I had a baby on Monday and came home from the hospital to literally dog poo EVERYWHERE in my house. Every rug, stair of carpeting… even the walls. This company bent over backwards to fit us in their schedule and did an amazing job cleaning it all up for us so we can enjoy our baby! Thank you! Highly recommend them to anyone!

My stairs and rugs had been pooped on my my ill dog and we just had a baby and Teague came to the rescue the next day! He did an excellent job and now my toddler can have her tantrums without putting her face in dog feces haha. Also very affordable!
