Very courteous and knowledgeable technician. He quickly identified my printer issue, and unselfishly advised just to buy a new printer because the part and labor would be the similar pricing to a new printer. Good guy!

The only thing worse than your expensive printer leaving lines on all your stuff is having everyone in the office start « Unilocaling» (I mean yacking) about it. I need someone local, someone that won’t resent coming to our small office for a single printer.
I can’t remember if I found Printer Solutions on GOOGLE or Unilocal — I called Danny and he could actually come in a few hours as he’s in the area. Great! He comes by and diagnosis the issue and presents pricing for the repair — I did research my issue on GOOGLE and he was spot on (or GOOGLE was spot on…). Danny ordered the parts, returned a few days later, not only fixed my printer but cleaned the inside, it looked new. He was professional, punctual and a joy to work with.
Oh — I was not in the office when he did the repairs, he followed up with a phone call to me to make sure I was happy. NICE.
