Great mani pedi spa service at a good price! So far the best I’ve had in SCV. I’ll be returning soon and love that it is so close to home

Love, love, love organic nails! The staff is amazing. Brenda is great for eyelash extensions. She is very accommodation and does an excellent job!
Jasmine is good at mani-​pedis, as well as lashes. This place is very clean as well! Wouldn’t go anywhere else:)

I really want to give 4 stars because I had a better experience here than at Tourney Nails but the technician I had didn’t seem that experienced. The older lady who started my nails cut me with the cuticle tool and it started to bleed and didn’t really file my nails well :/​Another technician ended up taking over because she could tell I wasn’t too happy. But when the younger lady took over she literally had to re-​do my pinky nail 3x and the last two times she didn’t even put a base coat. An older gentleman did my toes and they turned out great. My nails are okay and I will try them again but I for sure won’t ask for the older lady. There is only one older lady that I think works there. Don’t ask for her. Overall, the place is clean and the staff was nice.

Brenda is the BEST ! If you would like to wake up looking finished and refreshed with no mascara or heavy makeup — Brenda is Awesome –she is very meticulous with applying eyelash extensions and uses only high end quality lashes and glue. I have referred many people here and have never regretted the referral. She is extremely talented, very cautious working around the eyes, and makes sure every customer is happy. Brenda is the sweetest, I recommend everyone to see her! She works Wednesdays and Sundays!
I walked in past 4:30 and they close at 5pm but still were able to stay for me which was really great!

I love this place. I’m picky on who does my nails. Brenda does an amazing job. The place is clean and relaxing. Never crowded and when you make an appointment they are always available. I’ve also did a walk in and they make time for you. Prices are great. They always get a tip from me… go in and see for yourself…

All the ladies are awesome. This place is the cleanest and nicest place in all of Santa Clarita. Very professional and the prices are reasonable. I got my mani and pedi plus waxed my eye brows and they did a fantastic job. Thank you ladies

My friend and I just went to Organic Nails & Spa (by Rattler’s) because my mom raves about this place! My friend and I went in for mani/​pedis and they have great priced «spa like» packages. Sounds wonderful, right!
I got there almost 30 minutes before my friend and nobody greeted me, or asked me what I wanted. Once my friend came, it was another 10 minutes before someone asked us what we wanted. There were some people getting things done, and a good amount of staff members working but I don’t know why we had to wait so long. Originally I only wanted a gel manicure, and they clearly sat my friend and I so far apart from each other, we couldn’t talk anymore. After watching my friend have TWO employees working on her, I waited another 15 minutes sitting alone freezing next to the door only to get up on my own and sit down next to her. Once I moved spots, they realized I was getting annoyed.
The service wasn’t that good. Not one of us got that «spa like» feel, and both got the bare minimum. They convinced me to get a pedicure because I was sitting in the chair, because… Again… They sat my friend and I so far apart we couldbt have a conversation. The lady doing my gels was not clear at all in what I should be doing, I’ve never done gels before, I don’t know what to do! The guy doing my friends fills said they were «too old», yet we went to another salon 2 weeks ago. My friend feels like he wanted to up our total, since most salons charge for taking off acrylics.
Our nails look nice, the salon was clean. But all in all, we were very disappointed. There were other people who showed up as we were finishing, and they were sitting down within 5 minutes. A lot faster than my 40 minutes of waiting. I think my mom will continue to go, but I probably won’t be back.

I went there today after several disappointing trips to my last nail salon. I walked in and was not initially greeted, even though a man was sitting in front. I stood there for a minute before asking if they were open. The place was empty, then I noticed a lady around the corner getting a pedicure.
The salon was exceptionally clean. The spa chairs are nice, clean and maintained. They were playing music quietly in the background.
I came in for a nail fill. The last full I had was horrible. I told the lady what I wanted and disliked about my nails. She did a wonderful job.
The prices are a few dollars more than I was paying at the last place I went to. But I suppose you get what you pay for.
I will definitely be trying them again In two weeks for another fill and pedicure.

I got my lashes done ny Jasmine. She is absolutely flaweless and has such a light touch. This was the first time i have ever gotten lash extensions and it is sooooooo much better than doing falsies with glue every damn day lol. I realized i wanted my lashes more dramatic and called Jasmine a few days later and she was SSOOO accommodating, i just luv her and will only go to from here on out. The salon is extremely clean and everybody that works here is also very sweet and accommodating I highly recommend it and I’m so glad that I found this place

Got a really good pedi from Heidi! I love a good scrub! Not the most price conscious place in town so if you’re looking for the $ 18-​$ 25 budget pedicure then this isn’t the place for you! I’ve had better & def much worse! I don’t mind a pricier pedi for a good pedi… I’ll definitely return to HEIDI ! VERY CLEAN! Very quiet on a Thursday at 11AM! Peaceful & pleasant good experience!

I was really pleased when I walked into this salon. It was beautiful and it was peaceful. I went for a gel manicure and gel pedicure and I am so pleased with my results. I wish I would have gotten the gentleman’s name but he did an amazing job. I wasn’t the only one in there and I noticed that all the women that were working there were really kind and personable. The place was very clean and it was so relaxing. I know that this will become my regular place which is so great because I’ve been to so many place in the valley that I’ve been disappointed in and now I don’t have to try anymore. I recommend this place you will not be disappointed!

I’ve been here for two years now and haven’t been able to find a nail salon I really love. I got a gel mani and pedi and both of the technicians that worked on me were great and very detailed. They took their time that’s one thing I really appreciated. I love this place and worth every penny!

Wonderful service. Lovely ladies. Super pleased with their work. My daughter and I came here for her 6^th bday and we had a great time! Super clean and beautiful. Will definitely return.

My favorite place in SCV to get my nails done! Beautiful faculty that is always clean. They have a 15% off special that runs during the week, 25 $ for a gel mani. Seriously can’t get any better than that! All the girls are great, but if you want any designs I definitely recommend Brenda. She’s amazing! I won’t go anywhere else.

My husband treated this overworked mama to a mani and pedi for Valentine’s Day. He called ahead and made an appointment for 6 PM on a Thursday, and when I showed up for my appointment, not only was I ignored for several minutes, but then I was asked to wait for a chair for another 10 minutes while they assisted several walk-​in clients ahead of me.
The water in the tub was very hot at first, and I was unable to put my feet in until a technician was able to break away and adjust the water temp several minutes later. And then I sat… for another 40 minutes before someone came to do my pedicure.
Rosemary was very sweet, helpful and considerate, which was her saving grace in this experience, however I am not pleased overall. Only 4 days post manicure two of my gels have lifted and I can’t deal with them peeling up, so I’ve had to remove them. How disappointing. They should have lasted so much longer.
I’ve had a few great experiences here, but I’m sorely disappointed with the lack of service from this visit, and I’m not sure if I’ll be returning.

Jasmin did an amazing job placing my eyelash extensions!!! The cost of the eyelash extensions is pretty reasonable. The salon is clean, new, and very spacious. Will definitely come back!

Brenda from Organic Nail & Spa recently contacted me about the bad experience I had at their shop several months ago. She apologized for the experience I had and asked if I would be willing to come in so she could fix the situation by giving me a pedicure free of charge to make up for the previous one. I accepted her offer and I’m certainly glad I did!
The pedicure was really great. She spent a fair amount of time on each part of the pedicure and I felt like I really got the full value of the service. She was also very sweet. I didn’t at all feel like she was doing a good job just so I would remove my previous Unilocal review. She was sincere in wanting to fix the situation. We chatted through the whole pedicure and it was really pleasant. She told me they did have some issues with employees in the past, which is likely how I ended up having a bad experience the last time. Honestly, employers can’t control everything their employees do, but the important thing is that they uphold good business practice by making it right. I feel like Organic Nail & Spa has corrected this situation and I would gladly go back for another pedicure!
Also, as a side note, I asked what it is that makes Organic Nail & Spa «organic» and Brenda explained to me that a lot of the products they use in their shop are organic. They also pay close attention to cleanliness, which I could definitely see for myself. Between the organic products and the attention to cleanliness, I felt that their prices were better justified.

I wanted Brenda, but she was off that day and I guess she only comes in when she has appointments, darn.
I took my chance anyway, even though I strongly felt like I shouldn’t, but my nails were lookin’ tore up in a major way so decided to just bite the bullet.
The venue is very clean and modern looking, much nicer looking than your average nail spa. The service however was not inviting and although I was the paying customer, they treated me like a nuisance. WTF? Anyway, trying to make it a quick escape, I held my tongue and tried to pick a polish. The polish selection isn’t great, it’s one of the least exciting selections I’ve seen in a while. For a spa that is so nice looking, you would think they could afford more of a variety. nope!
The spa chair was new but nothing amazing. And my manicure was even less impressive, it was pretty crappy actually and pedicure was borderline okay. For $ 28 I felt cheated. Fool me once Organic Bar and Lounge Nail Spa, but not twice. Shame on you.
Take your money elsewhere people, unless maybe Brenda pencils you in?
