My husband and I have been doing all of our mortgage loans and re-​financing with Mark and Kathy Foster for almost 15 years now. Mark and Kathy make a great team. They are very patient and answer ALL of your questions thoroughly and without making you feel awkward. They actively follow trends going on in the market and are for sure trying to get you the best package. This was my first refi and it was a very painless process. Looking forward to my next refi in a few years to slim down to a 15. How I found them was from a friend who has had great dealings with them in the past on more than one occasion and everything he said… and the reviews say… are true. Our most recent refi just funded and, as I’ve come to expect, Mark has emailed me with details about which lender owes us what and a schedule for what is due when. Attention to detail is what he and Kathy are all about as well as immediate answers to questions and proactive notices that seem to anticipate any possible situation. If all their Unilocal reviews make them sound too good to be true it’s because they would be if made into fictional characters in a depiction of mortgage brokers. Of course, that couldn’t happen, because with them, there’s no drama and no surprises-​just fast, honest, competent, professional service. Not good television but great in real life!

Mark just completed our re-​fi, lowering our monthly by $ 500. It is the second we have done with him. He is very efficient and quick to respond to all concerns or questions. We recommend this company highly.

I was helped enormously when I needed to refinance my parents’ house when they were ailing. I was expertly guided and able to financially care for my folks when they needed ²⁴⁄₇ live-​in help.

They were able to arrange the loan to close before we went on a prolonged trip and even sent off our first payment for us! Mark and Kathy are our family mortgage brokers. We recommend them highly.
