The guy at the counter that works here is awesome, but the Latina lady is not very helpful at all and has always had an attitude with us. We went online to book a truck that stated this was the pick up locations, but she immediately gave me an attitude, rolled eyes and said «we aren’t paying attention.» Her customer service is extremely poor and lazy. We are good people with positive attitudes and rarely have negative things to say; but we can tell when vibes are negative and we don’t feel like she ultimately wanted to help us. I understand this isn’t the Ritz where there is concierge level service there always, but please, have a little more respect for your customers… we stay pay you for your business. You just lost a customer.

Short Version: Ya gotta keep your stuff someplace.
Long Version: What makes this place nice are the folks who run it, which always makes the biggest difference in the world. Of course, the facilities themselves are important, and they do a great job of keeping the place spic-​n-​span. But the management is so polite, professional and relaxed that it makes the experience nice. You can also rent vehicles for moving here, too, which is a nice touch. If you gotta keep your extra stuff somewhere, think about doing it here.
