Jessi’s Mobile Pet Grooming

I have had Jessi be my groomer for years. Always on time and she was willing to help me round up my cats for nail clipping. She was the greatest! But just recently she did not show up for my appointment. The next day I didn’t hear from her and left a message on her phone. I didn’t hear from her for about a month or so. I finally called her again and she was rude and I have no idea why. I’m actually sad she chose not to come to my house. I hope her business continues to grow and that she is kind to those that use her.

This is the first time using this type of service, and I was very impressed. There was only about a $ 10 difference from going to the groomers. Plus no need to worry about having our rescued dogs put into cages all day.
Justin knew just what to do when he arrived, being met by a couple of barking banshees. He met them at their level and quieted them down in seconds. He was very polite and friendly, taking time to answer our questions thoughtfully and thoroughly.
He was very timely and efficient working in his «mobile styling station», even with me interrupting him twice during the appointment. When he was done, Boo was happy, running around playing with our other dog like a puppy again.
Justin styled him exactly as we wanted, working from a cell phone picture at a bad angle. Will be a repeat customer.

Jessi’s mobile grooming was great! Justin was amazing and kind to my three pups. I will be welcoming him back again as our official groomer! I highly recommend!

We have been using Jessi’s Mobile Pet Grooming for several years now. Justin has been grooming both of our Poodle mix dogs Mia & Lacey for some time now. Both dogs absolutely love it when he arrives. He takes a lot of care in making sure they are groomed the way we want it done. He even takes the time after each appointment to review what was done during the groom. We wouldn’t ever think of using any one else. Whenever I am asked who we use, I alway give them Jessi’s name and number. My mother-​in-​law now uses them for her own Shetland Sheep dog Annie as she too raves about the great job Jessi’s does.

We have a very big, very messy pup and Justin handled himself like an absolute pro. You can tell he’s comfortable around animals even if they’re a tad bit aggressive. We could not be happier with Justin and the work he did was perfect. As far as mobile pet groomers in Santa Clarita go, we’ve tried a bunch and have not had a better experience. I will not call anyone else again.

Our groomer, Justin, has a great way with our dog. He does a great job, always treats the dog kindly and always prompt.

Justin comes every few months for years now. He is part of our family. The dogs love him and he loves them.
He explains things to me in detail. I have a dog that hates to get her nails cut. Justin has been working with me for years to make her feel comfortable. She has gotten a lot better.

Justin did my somewhat feral cat once. THAT WAS AMAZING. He is great with animals.

To many scheduling issues. they are very inconsistent and been with them awhile and they still can’t keep our dog on a groom schedule. she moved us up to accommodate her schedule then pushed us back. And then forgot about our appointment. We were expecting them and didn’t show up with the date she said they would be there. I thought i was the customer. The guy she sends out to groom our dog is wonderful. I am sorry they have lost my business.

Justin came by to do my baby’s first haircut. She is a Himalayan /​Persian mix and is 4 months old. He is a very down to earth kind of guy which is refreshing. He was punctual and kind to my baby. He did exactly what I wanted for a terrific price and is GREAT with cats which is hard to find in a groomer. I will definitely be using him again for my baby again!

I have been using Jessie’s Mobile pet grooming for years now. I currently have 3 golden retrievers and previously, a Maltese as well. All of my dogs do not like baths and it has always been problematic for me, not so with Jessie’s. My groomer is Justin and he comes every 5 weeks rain or shine and always on time. Grooming my dogs is not easy, they are big, hairy and were reluctant. Justin turned out to not only be a great groomer but through his love for animals, turned the experience into a positive experience for my boys. They are so excited when he comes and he always makes a little time for hugs and love.
Appointment scheduling is so effortless. Jessie calls me after each appointment to set the next one and calls the day before the date to remind me.
Bottom line is I have used other mobile groomers before as well as taking them into a shop and I will never let anyone else groom my dogs other than Jessie’s. The job they do, their reliability and the love they show toward animals well, when you have the best no need to change.

I have been using Jessi’s pet grooming for several years. Justin is great with the pups and it is clear he is an animal lover. He comes into the house and talks to them so they get comfortable. We both take them out to the truck, where he bathes them together, as our 2 dogs are very attached to one another. If your pet has special grooming needs, they will accommodate. The results are always great smelling, happy dogs. They have me on an 8 week schedule and call 2 weeks in advance to set up the appointment. It works out great and I highly recommend.

I have Three family members that are dogs in people world. I love my dogs very much, so when it comes to having anything or anyone touch my babies I am very picky. I knew right from the first appointment that there were in great hands. Jessi and Justin manage to groom my 120lb boxer Cassius where no one else could. Not only he looks very handsome now but smells great. My other smaller female boxer Laelia is a hyper dog and doesn’t play well with others but Justin handled her so well she gets so happy when grooming day is here. As for my little Chihuahua Chevy well they make her the bell of the ball every time. Price is fair and always on time. Love them and highly recommend Jessi’s Mobile grooming !!!

DO NOT USE THIS JOKE OF A COMPANY! We had problems both times we used them (yes, we gave them a second chance) Both times they showed up 30mins early and gave attitude for us not being ready due to showers and calls etc. The first time the ding dong groomer expected my daughter to help him without prior notification. And afterwards said «man, i’m glad you were here, I wouldn’t have been able to do this w/​o you» Very unprofessional! The second time was the same problem with scheduling. Calls and confirms the 11a and still shows up at 10:20a and gives attitude. First cat returned soaking wet, second was wet as well. Called and talked to the owner, Jessi about this & she kept using the excuse that «cats are difficult» and i suggested that she should let customers know that «Cat’s are difficult» and are a sometimes a problem for her company. She also stated that the reason the first cat was returned soaking wet was because she might of been upset and she said «he probably returned it so it didn’t die» «They can die when they’re that upset» She rudely hung up on me so I guess my business is not important to her. AMATEUR HOUR! She should find a new line of work.

Update: We decided to give Jessi’s Mobile Grooming a second chance. We were not disappoint this time around. Justin was not only kind to our babies, he groomed them exactly how we preferred them to be. As well as professional. Needless to say we will be continuing with their service and recommend them to our friends and family with furry babies. Posted pics of before and after. So you can see what an awesome job Justin did.

This is my first time ever getting my dogs groomed and not the last! We have to big labs and they loved it! It was quick, easy, didn’t have to go anywhere and dogs look great and Justin does a great job! Highly recommend them to anyone!

We had two small dogs groomed today, thy both look amazing and aren’t acting as weird as the usually do when they get home from the groomer. He was on time and very nice. It was also a very good price.

I’ve been using This service for years and have always been very happy. They are great with communication and scheduling. My dogs love Justin he is always really good with them and treats them very well even though they shake water and shampoo all over him. Highly recommended service

Stay away! Jessi is so rude and unprofessional. After not returning 2 phone calls to reschedule, she finally called back and was so rude! Going to somewhere else who’s better.
