Business Owner
Our Owner Joe Day has served the Long Beach and Orange County areas as an athletic trainer and coach since 1999. Joe has helped hundreds reach their fitness and or athletic goals. Joe also serves his community as a youth coach in the Lakewood, CA and Long Beach, CA areas. In 2001 Joe was inducted by his hometown of Lakewood, CA into the «City of Lakewood’s Youth Hall of Fame» for his volunteer work with the cities youth.
