Absolutely love the styles and prices. So thankful for the staff, they’re so helpful and always giving fashions tips. I personally come in during Jamie’s hours, she always makes sure I come out with not one but two outfits. I am here every paycheck.

Absolutely Love this store! I’m here about 3 times a week (shopping addict) they just have the cutest latest fashionable pieces all the time! And their prices are great! So they definitely wheel me in on the regular! At first I was a bit shy to be there so ofen shopping lol, but honestly everyone there is so friendly and helpful! They always go out of their way to help you out or just for a friendly Welcome! Jamie & Claudia are just some of the girls there that make me feel like family! I always bring my friends from the Valley to this store when their in town visiting me! They Love it too!

I love this store. Every time I walk into the store Jenna is always a pleasure to be helped by when it comes to my outfits and not only that but she always makes me feel welcomed every time. She has great energy and always smiling :)

This is by far my FAVORITE store to shop at. They always have trendy clothes and customer service is great! Claudia is so nice and sweet and always helps me find exactly what I’m looking for.

Let me start by saying I love this place great prices and cute stuff. Customer service is always on point usually when I go in Claudia helps me out she is very helpful I always walk out with great outfits because of her :) she is also very attentive to all my needs. I highly recommend this place.

This place is garbage horrible customer service assist manager Erica was no help at all and could not resolve my issue. If you buy online it’s a nightmare the will not exchange in store because it’s different then in store. Will never come here again. The best thing they got going is Lindsey she kept apologizing she should be running the show.

If I could give no stars I would. I will never be shopping here again. The customer service here is TERRIBLE. I’ve been shopping with this company and at the same local store (Santa Clarita, CA) since its grand opening in 2008. For Christmas, I picked out quite a few items online as I no longer live in the vicinity of a store. These items were purchased for me as a gift but unfortunately did not fit. I went to the store today, 12/​26, as I did last year, to EXCHANGE, the items that did not fit for others. Despite the store return policy that is displayed at the register stating they will ACCEPT exchanges from online purchases, and with the original receipt, tags attached, and packaging, I was hassled. First, I was told the Visa card in which the purchase was made and the person whom made the purchase needed to be present which MAKES NO SENSE. I was not RETURNING, I was simply exchanging. There is no reason the original purchaser or the card needs to be present when no money is being returned to the Visa card. This «policy» is not stated on the receipt, store sign, or anywhere in the returns and exchanges section on the website. Then I was told that I could not exchange any items that the store did not have in their inventory. I worked in retail for many many years and no reputable store has this as a «policy.» So I was unable to exchange 5 items. This «policy» is also not stated anywhere online, on the receipt, or on the store sign that SAYS WE WILL ACCEPT ONLINE EXCHANGES.” I’ve been in business management for 12 years, and I can say, without a doubt this was terrible customer service. Everytime I asked where these policies were stated, the manager simply replied «it’s store policy,» which is the worst possible thing you can say to a mad customer. I do not want to return the items online as I obviously need to try these items on so I’m not stuck with additional items that do not fit. So I decided to call customer service. After waiting 35 minutes on hold, despite being told I was «first in the que,» I hung up and decided to not only write a scathing review on your Facebook page, but also on Unilocal,and will be filing a complaint with the better business bureau, and I will also ensure that I inform everyone I know of the crap customer service I received at the store and lack of customer service I received on the phone. I would advise someone contact me immediately.
UPDATE: I went back to the store 8 hours later when I knew that specific manager would be gone and not only did the employees and manager on duty exchange my items, but no one even questioned or argued with me. Instead, the transaction was completed within 5 minutes. You should tell your managers to stop lying to save their performance. Additionally, hanging on the register was a blow up picture of my return slip which included my credit card information. Corporate will Most definitely be hearing from me.

My very first Unilocal review. Finally decided to make one for this. If I could give no star, I would. Everytime I go to the store, employees are gossiping. I can hear them while shopping & makes me uncomfortable. They are all in one corner & when you ask them to help you, it’s like asking them a huge favor. Why put clothes on the very top then? Employees forget that they’re working. Very rude and bad customer service. Other than the service, the clothes are affordable. Also, they only have a store credit «policy» both online & in store. It is so hard to contact their online store too. It took me two weeks to talk to their «supervisor.» The online & in store are two totally different stores. They should really change the name of the site if that’s the case. Too bad I’ve been shopping here & member for over a year but my experience with customer service recently I’ve had enough. I had to go back & forth to the store, UPS & call them back & forth. All they do is tell me the same things over & over again. It was so hard for them to pay for shipping back my items and give my money back. All that work, for clothes? no way! I shop to have fun & relieve stress! Not add stress!
also, forgot to mention. While I was trying to exchange, one of the associates admits she hates the company.

This place has inexpensive clothes but they have the worst customer service. I bought a shirt and didn’t see it had holes in it till I got home. They refused to exchange the shirt for the exact same one and wouldn’t offer store credit. They were rude and insulting. Don’t ever shop here.

Visited there a few times and each time hoping to find something for my girls… I am not impressed. Especially this last time I visited… Several employees were working, but all were quite rude except one that was working in the dressing room. Wish I knew her name she was very helpful.

I absolutely love shopping here especially when they have the back to school sales. They give 5 $-15 $ gift cards for 3 different categories of purchases. Not too many stores do that in this area and the clothes are super cute

The «manager» is completely rude. She doesn’t wanna help you at all and acts as if you stole something because you don’t have a receipt for an exchange. She was unfriendly and not helpful the original associate who first helped me was very nice but once I had to deal with the «manager» it completely changed. Never going there again!

Rude rude rude… I went in to exchange two items and they gave me such a hard time I purchase a lot from online I called and asked if it was ok to take to the store to exchange and the representative said as long as I had packing slip. So I went in got about 6 more items and they were trying to tell me that if they didn’t have the item in Stock they couldn’t take it back after back and forth for 20 min they finally let me exchange it. It shouldn’t be this difficult I wasn’t asking for my money back will never go back.

My go-​to store for clothes. I am a bit of a plus size, and I often find myself with an idea in my head of what I want my outfit to look like for an event. When I go here with a purpose, I tend to find something along the lines of what I was visualizing. When I go here just to shop, I tend to find stuff as well…
Cute selection of dresses, and slightly dressier pieces acceptable for business attire… Also, lots of basic camis for cheap.
The main reason this place is so great to me though, is because of their website… I have been ordering so many dresses from here recently, it’s ridiculous. So affordable though, I never have buyers remorse. Their return/​exchange policy does seem strict, and you can’t return website orders to the store, but I think over the years I’ve only returned one thing, so it’s no big deal.

What a bummer… I walked into the store with my toddler in a Jo-Ann’s shopping cart after shopping there, as toddlers shouldn’t be running around a store, and he was already in it. I was approached by a clerk about halfway through the store who informed me that they «don’t allow strollers or carts, and usually just let kids run around». Well? Not my kid. There is no way I’m allowing my 3 year old to run around that large of a store. He’s a hurricane. Congratulations on losing a large sale and for such a stupid reason, with really stupid logic, to boot. I’ll spend my money elsewhere. Thanks so much.

I have to say 95% of my clothes now is from gstage! Lol I recommend it to everyone! I’ve had ppl say some stuff is cheap/​rips. I honestly disagree. I believe if u don’t wash/​dry your delicates properly they will not last. But if u do they will last u a while. I’m a plus size girl & I wear tank tops under all my blouses, especially the sheer ones. I love them. They’re light weight but good quality. (Not like the cheap ones from forever21) staff is always helpful & polite. I been going here for a few years now. Never had a problem. I’ve never tried returning anything cuz I’ve never had a reason to.

I love G Stage’s wide selection of t shirts and fun dresses, if there’s ever an occasion coming up, this is usually my first stop. They’re much more affordable than a lot of places in the mall and the store is huge! Almost every time I come in I leave with a bag in my hand and a smile.
The girls that work here are very friendly and helpful, but also not too pushy. You can roam the tons of aisles of clothes without being bothered, but if you need some help they’re not too difficult to find.
As mentioned before in other reviews, the quality of some of the clothes is questionable and/​or flimsy so take a close look before you purchase some items.

The girls don’t have any customer service! Sure they play music, but music with profanity. I took my 10 year old in the store and they were playing music with the f word in every other sentence. I spoke to the supervisor about it and all she said is that they can change the song… really? How about I never shop here again and I tell my friends to not shop here as well.

My sister and I have been coming to this shop since it opened. Within the last year, I think, their service has been awesome. The girls are so helpful and super nice. I understand the older reviews of poor customer service, which is actually what brought me to review now. The last few times we’ve gone their service has made it a pleasurable experience. The prices are super cheap, we love it!

Good place to go if you want to get cute clothes for cheap. I always find something at this store that I love.
However, their staff sucks. Even the managers and owners are RUDE. Makes me not want to go back and shop there.
Also, don’t expect to get your money back on anything that breaks or you don’t like after you get home. There return policy is damn strict and you can only get store credit back. My sister once bought a piece of jewelery from them (and jewelery is final sale)…well, the employee broke the piece she was buying after my sister had swiped her card already. My sister THOUGHT she was going to get a new one since it was the employee who broke it right in front of her, but nope. They told her final sale and she wasn’t getting her money back or getting a new one. Really?

I love this store! Such a huge selection and the salespeople are super helpful. I was helped by Giselle today who just so sweet and friendly. She went tirelessly through item after item to help me select the perfect outfits for my daughter. Love this place, such a better experience than Styles for Less!

I love this store. The prices are great, the clothes are so cute, and the employees are very helpful. The only thing is I wish they carried more casual or plain clothes. Sometimes you just want a plain, comfortable black skirt or something. But their jeans are very good quality and so cheap!

Love the clothes, super cute stuff and they have a little bit of everything. Good customer service but WAY TO MUCH! Everytime you turn your head there is someone in your face trying to help you. My daughter put her dress down for 2 sec. to grab something from a rack below and an employee (being so on top of you) had already grabbed it to put it back. Super irritating that you cant just stroll around and shop.

I’ve been pretty happy every time I come in here. I still have a jacket I bought last year for $ 20 so that’s pretty good. They carry plus sizes in trendy styles so it’s a great place if you like wearing bigger sizes. I think I’ll stop by tonight to see if they have shiny leggings. :D
