Clipper Wagon Mobile Pet Grooming

I called Sandy and she got back to me at the end of her day. I was happy to know that she reserved her work day for her clients and didn’t take calls during that time. I scheduled an appointment for my older Maltese and my Aunt’s older miniature Dachshund. Neither had been professionally groomed in a long time and needed some TLC. Sandy showed up on time and ready to go. She listened to patiently, understood and followed through with how we expected our dogs to be cared for and clipped. She also took the time to listen to and show my 80 year old Aunt her grooming station in her van. Then, she took each dog separately to the heated grooming station. The dachshund went first. A little unsure, but came back 40 minutes later, tail wagging, bow adorned, sweet smelling and clipped adorably. My Aunt was thrilled. My Malti went next, also unsure of this stranger, but Sandy cuddled and talked to her and off they went. She took a little longer because she required more clipping, but came out, tail wagging, sporting a hot pink bow and a great new ‘do. The best parts — Sandy was super calm, her van was squeaky clean, I was steps away and both dogs were taken care of quickly, professionally and were at home seconds after their haircuts. No cage, no stress and I didn’t have to leave my property. Thanks Sandy!!!

I won’t use this business again, I’m not comfortable with the lack of professionalism I would expect from a business owner. My time is very limited and My pets mean my life, she may be wonderful with others but it didn’t work for us.
Like I said it may have just been a bad couple of experiences with me only.

I used one mobile groomer that never showed up for my appointment, and when I left a message on their machine about the appointment, I received no call back. I used another mobile groomer that was an hour late, and I wasn’t happy with the results of the hair cut for my dog. His hair was uneven and choppy looking.
Since I’ve used the Clipper Wagon, she has always been on time and my dog looks great, and I’ve already been telling my friends and neighbors about her
