I went into Carpet Clearance before my home purchase just to browse. I was quoted a certain amount for a very high quality carpeting. After my home closed about a month later I walked back in deciding I wanted to move forward. I forget his name now but the older gentleman helped me. I felt he was very helpful from the start in finding out my needs in order to find me the best deal. When I came in ready to buy, he was able to find an incredible deal that was half the cost of the original quote! I also wanted the job done right away. He said it would be about 5 days before they could come and he called me 2 days later with an opening that day. I was extremely happy with the cost, quality and customer service. This was an excellent experience! I am going back to them to do my wood floors!

This was my second stop when searching for Carpet– I was greeted by Bryan and he was awesome… He was cheerful, knowledgeable and all around a pleasant guy to work with. I told him what I was in search of, small apartment space I wanted to carpet so I was not looking to stay within a pretty reasonable budget. He totally made that happen, with the pad, the carpet and the install… I have beautiful carpet, everyone that comes to my home compliments me on it. Thank you Bryan for assisting with the selection, for measuring as quickly as you did and scheduling the install in such a timely manner ! The process was super smooth. The install guys– you rocked as well, it was awesome to watch them work… they ripped the old carpet and pad out in minutes, they were very meticulous and knocked out the job in just a couple of hours! We just finished working with Bryan at Carpet Clearance to extend hardwood in our new Santa Clarita home. He went out of his way to match the exact planks we were looking for, everything from working with the manufacturer (Mohawk) to taking samples to a commercial design center to find the match.
Install took 2 days, they were on time, work was impeccable, pricing very fair. Really really pleased and our floors look beautiful. I highly recommend them.

I must say, Carpet Clearance is THE place to go when looking for any kind of flooring. I had the pleasure of working with Bryan, a very knowledgeable associate, and he set me up with exactly what I was looking for. Throughout the entire process they are helpful and efficient with all aspects of getting you the flooring you need. They come and measure. Their deliveries for your carpet orders are quick and the crews that install are so nice, quick, friendly and clean. A flood destroyed our master bathroom and bedroom. Ed at Carpet Clearance helped us with design, tile and carpet selection. He even drove up to Lancaster from Santa Clarita several times to measure (and re-​measure as we changed design) and bring material samples. The customer service was the best. Thanks Ed.

If you are looking for carpet at a fair price look no further… We made contact with Brian Englis who was very professional and great guy all around. Home Depot was where we were leaning towards and must say so thankful that we did not end up giving them the job… These guys came in and were very efficient, and finished the 2000 sq ft install in a matter of 4 hours which was a major concern as we were needing to move into the home that same day !! I had a few carpets done in places I have owned, and must say I wish I had found this company prior. YOU WILL BE 100% SATISFIED WITH THIS COMPANY SO LOOK NO FURTHER. There was one issue i had with speaker wires that had to be ran under carpet that got missed. I called the installer and he was back at my home in the matter of 20 minutes to address the issue and all was taken care of. Thank you Brian so much.
AND FYI Kiyo S, and other people reading these reviews, he used the same examples with us as far as stains go… pulling the race card and bad mouthing a guy for saying kool aid will stain your carpet is a joke. And you laughed it off??? If it offended you, you should have addressed it at that point and time and not days later on Unilocal.Get a life

If I could, I would not have selected any stars.
We are currently shopping for carpet for our new home and decided to stop by this place. We were greeted right away, which was nice. As we were looking and touching samples, the gentleman that greeted us came over to help. He tells us that we have selected a good carpet and how it was stain resistant, blah, blah. As he proceeded to talk about the type of stains the carpet was resistant too, is what turned our business away. He says, «Wine, Koooool-​aid» and prolongs that word as if it was appropriate to say. Of course I laughed, because I can clearly see how uncomfortable the employee looked after he realized he was stereotyping us, and quickly left.
I don’t know how you expect to make a sale with that type of sales pitch, but it will not work for you in 2014.
We will take our business elsewhere.

Very easy to deal with. Called Bryan Inglis like the other reviews said and was not disappointed at all. Great prices, fast install. Bryan came out to inspect the work after it was installed and to see if there were any problems. Me experience was customer service at its best!

Needed to replace carpet in one of our bedrooms and had visited a few other stores, until we made it to Carpet Clearance and met Bryan Inglis! Great service, very helpful, awesome product line, and reasonable prices. Need I say more?! Brian was great to work with, so happy to have stopped in that day and met him. This place should not be in business. Ordered carpet for my business. They had to come twice to measure. Salesman ordered the wrong color. When it was delivered we asked them to make the correction and edu
Fused. Installers layer around for four hours while the salesman played games with us. He never let us speak to the owner and kept us on hold for half hours at a time. His installer cussed me out and flipped me off at one point. We are long standing customers. Obviously they are hurting financially since they could not make their error right and took back the wrong carpet and left my business with gluey, messy
Pad and no carpet. Do not frequent this business. They are very bad at what they do. Found a new carpet vendor to finish up their poor work. We will be seeing Bill and Ed of Carpet Clearance in court.

I used Carpet Clearance for my laminate floors. Not only do they have a MASSIVE selection to choose from (carpet, hardwood, laminate, tile) they also are always having sales. I purchased In Stock laminate, and got a huge discount. The people who work there are very knowledgable, easy to get ahold of, etc. Mostly my 5 stars is for the install though. They recommended Mike Miracle, who does most of their wood installs. All I can say. AMAZING WORK. He’s quick, efficient, easy to work with and most of all my floors look great.
I originally got a quote from Home Depot, and from the service to the product, I am SO happy I went with Carpet Clearance.
