I ordered an arrangement & was quoted $ 50
The delivery DIDN’T arrive within the suggested time frame
I was charged $ 70 NOT $ 50
When called back the next day to share this information a really sarcastic coward who wasn’t professional enough to provide her name hung up in my face.
I trusted the information she provided which turned out to be a lie.
She never offered any means of resolve or concern for a paying customer but was quick to say «there is no manager; I’m the owner»
Beware of this place & understand that a quote isn’t a quote, you will be charged an add;l fee.

I love this place! Every order I’ve placed over the phone here has been a very pleasant experience. The arrangements are beautiful upon arrival to their destination. I will definitely continue ordering from this florist again.

My 16 y. o daughter placed an order for Mother’s Day flowers. Well on Mother’s Day around 4:30pm, my daughter called because I never received the flowers. Well I spoke with the owner Deborah on Monday to see what happened and obtain refund for daughter. Deborah informed me that Mother’s Day is their busiest day and this hasn’t happened with flowers not getting delivered in over 2 years (well that didn’t make me feel better) Deborah stated she had some new staff and needed to check what happened. She would process daughter credit card refund and stated, «she would call me back on Tuesday». It’s now Tuesday, I received my call back. This is the recap, payment received, no flowers delivered, no call back when daughter left message on Mother’s Day…(oh, I forgot new staff took the message down on notepad but forgot to give to Deborah) refund initiated and sorry for the inconvenience. Now let me tell you why I’m writing this message. I asked Deborah if she had any service recovery for my daughter and since she stated my daughter could call in the future and ask for Deborah and we would get a better arrangement maybe. Service Recovery is… I’m so sorry you didn’t receive your flowers on Mother’s Day and your daughter had a bad experience. I refunded her money but I want to make it right for her. oh maybe let me send out a carnation arrangement.something.Service Recovery is making sure the consumer feels good about the outcome! Last point. I don’t blame my staff. the onus is on me when they make a mistake (which we all do) but it reflects more poorly on you that you don’t know what real Service Recovery is.Yes. I know as stated eloquently by you several times. Mother’s Day is your busiest day but next year. we will allow it to be a little lighter. You have lost a customer who isn’t happy :(
