I absolutely LOVE Monica! I first met her when I was a bridesmaid for my brother’s wedding in the dead of summer. My makeup was flawless and stayed perfect through the entire evening’s festivities. I had her do makeup for my own wedding and she did not disappoint. My makeup was not caked on or so thick that I felt like I was wearing a mask, yet it looked perfect in photos and real life. I received many compliments on how natural and classic I looked. She understood and executed perfectly the look I wanted for my wedding! I have recommended her to numerous friends for holiday parties, engagement photos, weddings and much more! I adore Monica and can not express enough how talented she is.

Let’s start this out this way: she made me feel so pretty. I cannot say enough good things about Monica! She did my makeup for my company Christmas party. As soon as I arrived I instantly felt at ease. Her energy is so professional yet calming. I went to see her at her new Valencia location at Sola. The bright windows made for the best lighting! So smart.
She did an absolutely INCREDIBLE job on my face. As someone who has had her makeup done professionally before, I went into it knowing my standards were high. She exceeded them!
I was just short of my next brow appointment so she cleaned up my brows a bit to make sure my makeup had the optimum canvas. No extra charge, just great service. Moving on… She didn’t cake it on. She gracefully placed lightweight layers on my face that enhanced my natural features. I looked like myself but better. My eyes popped. My lips looked bold. Everything was perfect.
I was complimented on my makeup all night. I felt like the best version of myself. I will be going back to her in the future without question & I strongly recommend you see her too. I refer my friends to her without reservation. :)

I searched through so many makeup artists for my bestfriend’s wedding. I am a makeup snob. Straight up. I have seen way too many wonky eyes photos or white face tan neck photos to not be. I usually bring my own makeup to fix the things the artist did wrong. My friend had ONE makeup consultation. With Monica. I knew as soon as I saw her Unilocal she was the girl. My biggest pet peeve is foundation being visible. I hate it with a passion. Not only did she make my face look airbrushed perfect on camera. It looked like just naturally perfect skin in person. She is also incredibly skilled with lash application and brow shaping. She did lashes on 6 women and not ONE had an imperfection. My makeup was applied at 10:30am yesterday. I sweat, I cried, I drank, danced and sleep with my face in the pillows. It’s almost 7pm the next day and I still have my eyelashes on because they are PERFECT. (I even added a somewhat creepy pic) I took 2 showers too. I haven’t felt so beautiful in a long time. The bride was 100% happy and she might be even harder to please than me with makeup since she never wears any at all. So just penciling in her brows can make her feel like she has too much makeup on. She looked like a Disney princess. Huge doll like eyes. Just beautiful. Fresh and natural looking but she had lashes, eyeliner, lipstick, the whole caboodle. If you know makeup, this is the person to hire. If you hate makeup, she is too. Plus she is sweet, honest, and not fake. Best part. I genuinely like her. Her partner in crime (hair) is equally as amazing. I asked for a Bridgette bardo updo with fine, thin blonde hair. She did it to the T. They are an awesome package and so fair in price. I know who I am hiring when I get married.

I found out about Monica when I was planning my wedding. She tested out my makeup for my wedding for my engagement shoot and did a fabulous job, so I hired her to do my make up for my wedding. She was so sweet, took extra time and care to make my make up and my bridesmaid’s make up perfect. After that, she earned my business for life. She now does all of my facial waxing. By the way, her prices are amazing for the quality of work she does. She is so kind, sweet and always does a great job!!! I have recommended several friends and some family members who all go to her and love her. I just love Monica and if you give her a try I know you will too! :)

I just love Monica! She did the whole bridal party’s makeup for my sister’s wedding two years ago and everyone looked awesome! My mom, sister, and I have been going to her for our eyebrows ever since then. She does a great job shaping them and making them look fabulous. I love going to All Dolled Up to get my eyebrows waxed! Not only is the salon adorable but Monica is so sweet and so talented. She cares about her clients so much that she spends 30min to an hour on my eyebrows just to make sure they perfect and that I am completely satisfied. She also gives me some great makeup tips which I very must appreciate. I feel like she is my own personal beauty consultant. :)
