Awesome group of people with second to none ethics! No reason to ever chance your vehicles with another mechanic.
We moved our business in close to this company. Shortly after we had a few serious issues come up with our personal and fleet vehicles. On the personal side, our 2010 BMW 650i had a radiator fluid leak. We took it to BMW and they wanted $ 1,100 to change all of the hoses because they couldn’t locate the problem hose. I mentioned this to Dean and he asked to look at it before we spent that kind of money. In less than 5 minutes Dean identified the problem and quoted $ 50 parts plus 1 hour labor. My wife was rolling leak free at just over 10% of what BMW quoted.
We had a fleet vehicle develop a problem during the week but couldn’t afford to be down a vehicle for maintenance. Dean worked his magic and had our vehicle on the road immediately with a temporary repair. He scheduled him and his guys to come in Saturday and they fixed our vehicle under his estimated cost.
The true character of this group was shown when I stopped to help a stranded motorist near our shops on a blind corner. The young lady had run out of gas. I called Dean and asked if he had any gas he could help her out with to get her moving as quickly as possible. Within 5 minutes Dean arrived and put 3 gallons of gas in her car. Her 4runner fired right up. She insisted on giving Dean $ 20 but he refused and told her to pay it forward. No question that he earned a customer from this lady. It wasn’t until this experience that I felt I truly needed to leave a review on the character and workmanship this group displays.
I had never met Dean prior to moving our company in near him, but he was easy to spot out as our go to mechanic when we would see him helping anyone that could use a hand. You can trust your vehicles with these guys and feel comfortable.

So i had my car worked on at another place and they messed it up pretty bad. So i took it to here. I must say it feels like family when i walked it. Dean is definitely fast friendly and the most important honest. He didnt lie saying i needed other work done to make a quick buck. Dean had my car for 4 hours and took care of my problems with out an appointment. Other shops wanted an appointment. I will continue to bring my car back here. Please dont believe what others are saying about bad service. This shop is the real deal!!!

Let me start off by saying that the end result quality of work of my car was good, the overall price that I paid was worth the work that was done on my car,… but I still don’t know if I’m happy or mad about the service that I received at all auto care.
On Monday I took my car to pep boys after I got off of work. Pep Boys called me on monday night, said that they couldn’t fix it, and I needed to take it somewhere else to get the timing chain fixed. I went on Unilocal and found that All Auto Care was less than 1 mile away, so I drove there, dropped my car off with some older guy that was extremely unfriendly, told me to «sign here here and here… I call you» and walked away. 5 hours passes and I haven’t heard anything. I get off of work at 4:30pm. it’s now 3:30pm, so I figure I’ll call the mechanic to see if they’ve gotten to take a look at my car.
«Hi, my name’s _​_​, I was dropped off my car earlier this morning and was wondering if…» Him: «NO! NO! NO! NO… I no see it yet! I tell you I call you back!» Then I get hung up on. I’m standing there in shock, realizing that there is no way I’m getting my car back today, having had someone just yell at me and hang up on me. I then have to call my pregnant wife to come pick me up from work. I didn’t want to get chewed out again, or hung up on again… so I figured I’d wait for captain manners to call me back. 8:30pm comes… I figure that «yeah… he aint calling back». then I log into my email, and inform my boss that I have to miss work the next day because I can’t get a ride from anyone. 1 missed day without pay… sure would have been nice to have gotten a call to let me know ahead of time. Lucky me.
Wed. rolls around… I figure that I’m stuck at home anyways, so I might as well just give the guy a couple of hours. I wait till 11am then call to see if they’ve gotten to take a look at my car.
«Hi Sir, my name’s _​_​_​, I dropped my car off yesterday morning, and was wondering if you’ve gotten to take a look at it yet»
Him: «Ya, ya, ya… it need work… (mumbles incoherently)… timing chain… need to remove (mumbles),… but I fix chain for you, I do for $ 450, no problem, will start.» I say yes… please start, I need my car. Then the guy hangs up. I figure eh… the guy was rude, hung up on me twice… but $ 450 is a good price. 5pm comes… I still haven’t heard anything, so I call again. The guy says «no no no… I no start yet, no have parts… just ordered, get here thursday… you pick up car saturday.» then hangs up.
It takes a few seconds before my brain registers that they never HAD the parts when the angry old guy was telling me on the phone that he’ll start on the car, no problem, I fix it for you… that they didn’t have the parts, he didn’t tell me that they didn’t have the parts… they were going to have to order the parts, and I wasn’t going to have a car till saturday!!! When that registered I called back, thankfully Dean picked up, because it was the first time that anyone there had spoken more than a few sentences to me before hanging up.
Dean was extremely polite, very apologetic, explained how he had been sick and his mechanic was having to do everything on his own and was overwhelmed. I completely and utterly understand that, and I felt bad for both of them… what can’ya do… people get sick. He said that they had just ordered the parts, they’d get there on thursday, and he’d make sure I could get the car on Saturday. what could I do. Had I known it was going to take so long there, or had I been told that they didn’t have the parts, I would have taken my car somewhere else, I don’t get paid days off.
Saturday comes around, I call around noon to ask how it’s going. Well. we have your valve cover in the tank, it was really mucked up, tons of gunk, all that stuff, had to replace this, had to replace that, had to fix this other thing, had to do something else… so with parts and labor it’s going to be around $ 1200.
In my head. «WHAT THE HECK!?!» I wasn’t told about ANY of this extra work, any of these extra parts kits or repairs that were going to have to be done on my car, nothing! Yeah… the car needed that stuff, it’s a 12 year old car that wasn’t in the best shape… but holy freaking heck… from «yah yah yah. I fix it for you, $ 450» … «we need to replace your timing chain, the parts have been ordered» to having to pay for a ton of other parts and repairs that I had never even been told about prior to being told what the bill was going to be because of how much extra work they had to do. I could not believe it. Even pep boys… PEP BOYS of all places calls you to let you know if you need additional work before they do it.
All in all, it took 6 days to get my car back. the work done was good, for all of the work that they did it was a very reasonable price… It just really sucks that I was never told about the extra work before they did it, and that they didn’t tell me that they didn’t have the parts

I’ve been a customer for about a year now and I have to say that I am impressed with the quality of the services provided by Dean. Dean will keep you updated in regards to your repairs. After repairs, Dean will run over all repairs that were done to my car, which is always helpful. Like any good shop, they also notify you if there are any other problems that might go unnoticed such as busted ball joints, bushings, and other suspension parts that we all ignore.

The prices charged for labor are reasonable but the quality and reliability of work done needs much improvement. I have had to bring my car back multiple times for the same issues and I ended up having to take it elsewhere.

brought my car in to all auto care fearing everything that could be wrong with it would be wrong with it! There were a variety of issues that needed to be addressed and Dean took care of all of them at a reasonable price and quickly. I am extremely happy with the service my car received and the personable and friendly atmosphere of the shop. I would highly recommend this shop and will definitely be back as needed.

I brought my car in with several issues. It was fixed fast and at a reasonable price!!! Dean was so helpful and provided the best customer service while explaining everything I wanted to know! Definitely will be a repeat customer!

I went into all auto care after receiving my new suspension springs in the mail for my mustang at about 4 pm only to see when they would have time to install them for me and so they can see the car. The gentleman I was dealing with his name was dean and he told me if I had 20 min to hang out while he finished the brake job he was working on then he would be able to install them right then and there. I was completely blown away given the fact it was a mon at 4 pm and most shops would tell you to come back the next day in the morning or something like that and given the fact I was like a kid in a candy store wanting these new springs in of course I waited for him to finish the job he was on so he could do my car that night. The job took about an hour and a half and this job was not an easy task to complete but I must say the knowledge and customer service that was given to me was above and beyond any type of service I have ever had. I never take time to write these reviews but felt that I absolutely had to given the amount of customer service and great service they gave to me. Two thumbs up plz keep up the good work, finding a great mechanic and 110 percent of customer service these days is very hard to find and the price was extremely reasonable as well.
