Ok, where do i begin! I found a truck on craigslist and immediately got on the phone to Claudio. He replied to me quickly, we made an appointment after a few questions about the truck and also sent me the car fax. We came down a few days later, he let us test drive it. We agreed on a fair price, shook hands, and paper work was done. He was not «sales man like» if that makes any sense. He was really easy going, personable, and wanted to make us a deal so he worked with us. I had financing thru a bank in my area (i live 90 min north) so the bank isnt around here, but the transaction was so easy, now i just need to finish paperwork at my bank. Simple as that! I would definately buy another vehicle from Claudio, in fact i want him to keep an eye out if he finds what im looking for. Do yourself a favor and give these guys a shot, there inventory is immaculte!!! We almost left with a lexus as well ;-)

I Purchased my year old Lexus RX350 from The Car Consultants. It was a very positive experience. I contacted the owner Sal Mosto. I told him the color, accessories, and mileage that I desired.
Before a week, he contacted me and advised he had located the vehicle I wanted. He forwarded pictures and all the info on the vehicle. I told him to purchase the vehicle. When the vehicle arrived, Sal had the Lexus serviced and totally detailed.
I was going to purchase the vehicle with my credit union. Sal was able to provide me with a better interest rate. I financed the vehicle with him.
The next time I purchase a vehicle, I definitely will buy a vehicle from The Car Consultant.

I «built» my car on his website and by the next day he had located my car and made arrangements to have it delivered to his showroom. Looking into leasing a Subaru through a dealer when we were referred to Sal at Car Consultants. He found us a brand new Forester, our color, better features for a great price so we bought it outright. Nice guy, found our car fast, mostly over text and phone. We only went to Santa Clara to sign and pick up the car. Very happy!

I had the distinct pleasure of walking into The Car Consultants last week with my eyes on a gorgeous Audi S5. Claudio greeted me and we chatted a bit about the car. All of the other cars in the showroom were absolutely pristine and each of them were detailed to a very high standard. What sets The Car Consultants apart from other car dealers is that they seek out rather unique, specially equipped cars that are hard to find and are offered for sale at very competitive prices.
I immediately liked Claudio’s easy going manner. Unlike other dealers Claudio comes across as genuinely affable and the kind of person you could call a friend. I made an offer on the Audi and Claudio walked me through all the steps of getting the car financed and into my hands. It was a painless and rather quick procedure. The car was totally awesome and I was thrilled to drive it home.
Unfortunately I made the mistake of not telling my fiancé about this extravagant purchase and no sooner than I did I wound up in the doghouse. Claudio and Sal, the owner, went out of their way to accommodate my situation and a few days later I made a deal with Claudio to trade in the Audi for two other less expensive but more practical cars (Prius and Civic) that were almost equivalent in total cost of the Audi. The best part was that I was not charged any payout costs on the Audi even though I neglected to sign the ‘cooling off’ option. They could have rightfully requested another $ 8,000 from me for these payout costs. I cannot think of any other dealership that would go out of their way to do this. What’s more, Claudio personally drove the Civic all the way to Santa Cruz and delivered it in the driveway!
My experience with The Car Consultants earns this gem of a dealership my highest accolades. From the quality of their inventory to the white glove service I received I cannot rave enough about my experience. Five glowing stars!

I have known Sal for approximately 8 years. I always knew when I was ready for a new car I would give him a shot. I’m glad I trusted him. It was a no hassle situation! Straight up handled my needs and came through with a great car. I really like my 2016 Ford Explorer Limited 4X4. It’s black on black and fully loaded. I would do more business with Sal in the future. I recently bought a new car with Car Consultants and the entire process was top notch and super simple. I am so glad we went through them. Sal was very easy to get in contact with. He updated me as things moved along and walked me through the process since I had never bought a new car before.
Sal was able to track down exactly the car we wanted with all the options we wanted. We just showed up when the car was in spent about 20 minutes signing paperwork and getting a walk through of our new vehicle. He even set up my phone to connect with the car.
They have a great shop. Super clean. Claudio was very courteous and helpful to us as soon as we came in. Everyone we met there was very friendly. A lot of nice cars too.
These guys are great because they take care of everything for you. You don’t have to deal with the dealer direct, just show up when your car is ready. I highly recommend them.

Claudio is great he is the one of the most straightforward car salespersons I’ve worked with and I buy quite a few cars. He is not pushy and doesn’t try to hide anything. I had a good experience buying this car and will do business with him again.

Amazing service! We were looking for a Range Rover évoque– had gone to several dealerships with no luck in finding the right deal– Sal found us the perfect car within a week and saved us thousands of dollars! Seriously the best car buying experience! Took 20 minutes of signing papers and we were done! Absolutely love the car… very satisfied

Straight up I gotta say Claudio is the man. I called tuesday of this week to inquire on a Pontiac g8 gt. When I spoke to Claudio he told me it was available to see but he wanted to run my credit first and get me approved before i came down so we both didn’t waste time if I couldn’t get approved. I told him that was all good, and we then spoke again on Wednesday and I scheduled to come in the next day to see the car. Claudio really made buying this car so much easier than buying my last one by getting me approved before I drove all the way down to Santa Clara from sf. I returned on Friday after making sure everything was good and set for me to finalize the purchase and was out the door with the car faster than I could’ve thought. I even asked him before I was leaving if there was a target or Walgreens near by so I could get an auxiliary cord for my ride home, instead he gave me a brand new monster cable aux cord right off his desk. Now that was just being a straight up cool dude. Overall great experience at car consultants, thank you again Claudio!

I needed a new car asap, but I had no time to do any research and I don’t like dealing with car salesmen. I was recommended to come here and speak with Sal, the business owner, who helped a family member of mine purchase a new car in the past. I told told him the exact details of what I was looking for and I kid you not, I had the car in my driveway less than a week later.
He took the time to call several different places to get the best deal for me and kept me in the loop during the whole process. At one point I even second guessed my car choice so I asked him if he could also look at another trim level. He got back to me when he found both cars and gave me various breakdowns on my monthly payments depending on my down payment and how many years I choose to finance on either car.
After I decided on which car he even helped me with my auto loan application. Once I got approved, he went with me to the Autoshop to pick up my car and walked me through the paperwork without any hesitation to explain what I was signing. While we were waiting for the papers to process, he took me to my car and showed me the additional features included in my car at no charge! Awesome.
We got to the dealership around around 730pm and unfortunately I had issues with my paperwork. I ended up being at the dealership longer than anticipated, but Sal was very helpful and stayed with me until everything was finalized with the salesman at 930pm.
All in all, my experience with this company was excellent and super fast. If you want someone who is serious about getting the job done in a timely manner and is trustworthy, Sal is your guy! Thanks for everything!

I was searching through craigslist and saw an ad for a 2014 STI and I thought it was too good to be true. Everyone in cali seems to mark up these cars a ridiculous amount way above msrp. I called up the place and went to look at it and decided that this was the car for me. I dealt with Claudio and that man has been helpful and patient with me even when I blew up his phone a hundred times because I was scared someone else would swoop in on it and snatch it away!
If you are looking for a car and have any apprehensions with this place, I am here to tell you that they have my full confidence. If I ever need another car I will probably be buying from them because of their incredibly competitive prices and great customer service!

Let me just start from day one that I came. Since I saw the lexus ct200h f sport on craigslist on Friday night. I came in on Saturday after my second job. As a first time car buyer I had no clue what to do. Claudio helped me from paper work, answering all my guestion and making sure that I was helped 100%. It was a long week and a half and so much trouble one made on my end due to not having good credit.
