We are a full service bbq catering company providing authentic bbq capable of any styles including the following: Authentic Texas bbq, slow cooked bbq, mesquite grilled bbq and specifically we serve: Tri tip, ribs, chicken, brisket, hot dogs, hamburgers, vegetable bbq, seafood bbq and anything else no matter how custom the request. We design unique bbq menus for each client upon request for no extra charge. We simply want to ensure that your barbeque menu is precisely what you want, at the budget you require.

Our mission is to provide the highest quality barbeque for each of our clients no matter the budget involved. Our barbeque services include: bbq wedding catering, lunch bbq catering, full service catering with serving staff, event rentals, onsite bbq catering, off-​site bbq, bbq catering delivery, bbq catering for birthdays, graduation parties, holiday parties, anniversaries, business meetings, corporate events, and any other kind of event your are planning.

At Smoke & Spice BBQ, Our Event Planners will take your event to a new level with a beautifully displayed buffet. Your foods are prepared fresh on location by our Grill masters and Catering Staff.

Horrible! Hired them for a Birthday party. The meat was overcooked (dry) and I expected way more flavor for a company named Smoke and Spice. Avoid!

I had an event and it was great to have Smoke N Spice come out and take all the work away from me! They came out and set up all my tables and chairs, decorated everything, set up a beautiful buffet with flowers and beautiful display. The food was awesome. We had BBQ Tri Tip and BBQ Chicken, it was tasty and juicy. The salads were great, and the garlic bread was to die for! The staff was friendly and helpful, the chefs were amazing and granted my vegetarian friends’ requests.
They cleaned up and took all the trash back with them and I didn’t have to do a thing!
I will be calling Smoke and Spice again for my next function.

Tami and her team did an amazing job start to finish for our wedding. Not only did they put out a beautiful, fun and delicious bbq meal for our guests, but they handled all the details — rentals, vendor recommendations, set up, coordination. Tami was available and flexible throughout the planning process to answer question and help us dream up our perfect wedding. On the day of the event, she and her team knew exactly where to go, what to do and brought our vision to life beyond our expectations. The staff was friendly and professional and we got rave reviews on the food! I would highly recommend using Smoke and Spice for a wedding or other large event. Thanks Smoke and Spice!

I was putting together a «sweet 16th B-​day» for my niece and came across «Smoke & Spice BBQ». I spoke to a coordinator by the name of Tami. My first conversation with her was military style. She said «you’ll need 2 wait staff and a cook», your food will be $ 18 a person, so on and so forth. I did mention to her that only 40 would be attending my event. A few days later when I contacted the company and said that only 26 have RSVP, she spoke to management and they decided to cancel on me. She said «we usually do events for 50 or more on weekends and or certain price». She suggested that I use «Armadillo Willy’s» and some other company. Heads up folks!!! If your not having a big event and don’t have a huge guest list. Better ask up front. I host large events on a regular basis and use «BBQ Boys-​not available», I decided to use and try this company for the first time and boy was I wrong. They will cancel on you last minute!
