I first found Richard 20 years ago through yellow pages, yes those were the days we did not have Unilocal :) That was the first year I came to the US and was completly at lost when came to filling taxes. Since then Richard has been my tax agent. For the 20 years he has done an excellent job for me.
I give my paper work, he make the taxes, I proof read, then he files (efile ofcourse) and I send a check for his service. That is it, so easy and professional. I highly recommend Richard for your taxes. One warning though, you need to get use to his sense of humor.

This guy is an arrogant *%#*, elitist! He thinks his time is more important than yours, and that he is doing you a favor @ $ 250.00/hr.
His receptionist schedules an appointment for Saturday, when I called him, to extend a professional courtesy to reschedule, he told me that he doesn’t do Saturday appointments, and that he wouldn’t have been there to see me anyway! Then claims that he didn’t have my number, which was given at the time of scheduling the appointment. Then, we reschedule for late the next week, and he cancels on me at the last minute! Very unprofessional!

I have been using Richard’s service for the past 10 years. I used to do my own taxes but, they have become increasingly more complicated with home purchases, investments, etc. He has made the very unpleasant tax filing extremely easy. He answers all my questions and is available nights and weekends throughout the tax season. All at a very reasonable rate.
Excellent personal service and job is well done! Oh, he has a sense of humor as well… you have to love that.

Many of you probably would not consider going to a CPA to handle your annual tax filing assuming the fee will be exorbitant. However, I would strongly encourage all of you in the South Bay to think about utilizing a CPA for tax preparation services. Richard operates a small independent firm with over 30 years of experience. While the fee will be slightly above HR Block or Jackson Hewitt, the personal service and having someone close at hand to handle any potential audit inquiries is well worth the premium.
In addition to taxation, Richard offers a full range of accounting needs for small to medium size companies.
