I just had repair work done on my vehicle, and I am extremely pleased with the quality of the work as well as the excellent customer service that was provided throughout the process. Todd was a pleasure to work with — he easily accommodated my tough schedule, and kept me informed on the status of my repair. The best place for service and quality. I went to other place last time because they were too busy, but I had to go back to M & S Collision this time because their quality of work and service was just so high in comparison. I would never go to any other place no matter how busy they are. It is really good to know where to go when an accident happens. Todd was very helpful, respectful, and responsive. He took great care of making sure that the car was all polished up perfectly after the work, and he provided me with the best service.
I hope he would help me again when the unfortunate happens.

Excellent service and quality of work. By far the best auto service I have received. Getting your car fix can hardly be a great experience. But they somehow managed to make it easy and pleasant.
My bumper is slightly dented from hitting a rock. Since I don’t have comprehensive coverage, I asked my buddy Kenny, a car expert, for a referral. He told me M n S collision is the best. I got a same day free estimate which is very reasonable. I brought my car in next day and gave it to Sean to take care of it. They finished the job very promptly. No only that, they told me the job wad very easy so they ended up charging only half of the original estimate. Wow. I certainly is delighted. An auto shop that gave you a reasonable estimate AND charge you less than you are planning to pay!

Tod is very helpful. I fixed my 2012 Grand Cherokee. He make it looks like new.

Great customer service especially from Sean Koyano. I originally had a repair with him at the Milpitas location before his transfer to Santa Clara. It went smoothly with clear communication on my options and repair needs and status back in Nov ’15. I was told if I had any problems with my repair to bring it into them to have looked at. Months after my original repair, I found an issue with something that could be related to the repair. He made sure that my issue was fixed despite a few trial and error that made it a more difficult and time consuming project. I absolutely appreciate Sean’s patience and dedication to help solve an issue.

My car had minor damage on the bumper and this was fixed by M&S Collision in 2 business days.
The first estimation was done quickly; however, for some reason it took a while for scheduling an appointment to fix. I was told there’d be a follow up phone call but it ended up I had to call in a couple times to get a slot.
Overall I am happy with the service. The bumper was fixed nicely– no issue on that. Todd was helping me take care of some other minor scratches on the bumper as well. He is professional and very friendly.

I came here few times before in last 10 years. I should have written good reviews earlier. But week earlier I went there and found out older appraisers like Eric, Tim are no longer there. There are newer person. Worked with one new person name Shawn and he seems to indicate earlier persons were let go because of poor appraisal. Which was a surprise to me. I went end of last Year and got a quote from Eric. I came back 2 weeks ago and talking to Shawn he indicate this appraisal is wrong and he added this and that. In short cost went up by 1000 $. I went to couple other collision center and both of them quoted less than what I got from Eric last years. Currently my car is at one of the other places, will add review of that once done. So in summary I lost trust at M&S.

Tim and Todd are both good cause they all willing to help me，and the car was finished early than the schedule date. Even though it is a little expensive，I am really happy with the result！To make sure use your insurance，so you dont have to pay for the large amount of money. Over all good service with excellent skill

My car had a major accident and I had it repair at M&S collision.
Everything looked fine, except the next day after I got it back, the battery was not working. I called M S collision, and Todd Jackson helped me to bring it back to repair shop, and got me a rental car. They also took care of towing and taxi fees.
Todd is a great guy, worth 5 star service

I had a great experince getting my car fixed here. I got into an accident and the other party with Farmers insurance was at fault. I went in here to get an estimate based on recommendation from Farmers. I did not intend to get it fixed here as they say you should go to your own chosen body shop and not the insurance recommended one. However, I got the best experience here compared to the other three body shops I went to for estimates. Shawn is a great manager to work with and recommend talking to him.

I experienced a car accident earlier this Month and took it to M&S Collision per to Farmers recommendation. The garage is extremely clean and everyone is nice and professional. Fully took care of my car within short time period, including minor maintenance adjustments and detail to my car. When the car is out of garage, it looks like a NEW ONE. I’m extremely satisfied with the service overall, especially Sean, their manager. If your car has damage to it, definitely go M&S Collision

My family has been taken our cars here for years.
They are so fast & friendly and their work is top notch. I recently took my 2013 Dodge Charger in to get my front end worked on. They dealt with the claim adjuster and made this repair effortless. When I picked my car up it looked brand new, washed and show room ready. A big THANK YOU to everyone at M&S Collision.

Eric is the best! He was able to give me an estimate, explain all my options, and was patient with all my questions. The actual cost ended up being below the estimate, and they ended up fixing up the car on even the parts that the accident didn’t include. All the other staff members were extremely nice and professional as well!

M&S did an insurance repair on my BMW 3 series. Calvin quoted the minimal repair necessary and let me know that they’d increase the quote if needed. As it turned out, the bumper tabs were broken and the metal portion was dented. M&S replaced the whole bumper and billed it to Farmers.
When I took delivery, I spotted a couple small defects in the final clear coat. Calvin tracked down a paint guy who was easily able to sand and polish the the defects out leaving a smooth, perfect finish (seems it a surface defect). The defects don’t matter anyway because the M&S guys provide a lifetime/​ownership warranty on the workmanship and paint and would re-​spray if the paint failed.

Unfortunately 2 years later, I got into an accident with my front right bumper. Since I was paying out of my own pocket on this one, I was expecting to pay around $ 850 dollars, but since I was a returning customer, Eric gave me a discount of 10%. Then, he gave me another option that was much cheaper and cut the price a lot and even recommend I did the cheaper option and told me the warnings. Very honest guy which I liked too and that is why I went back. They gave me a ride back to my work place. They had the car done within 2 days as expected and even washed my car. I was very impressed with the work they put in even though it was small job and the quality too. Anyways you can not beat the price and the great job they did. I hope I do not have to go back anytime soon, but if I do well I will go back to them :)

I could not be happier I ran across this shop!
I had been putting off getting my side mirror and window fixed due to cost on a college student budget. I stopped in here to get a quote since it was near my work. They were so kind! Eric welcomed me and I was introduced to Willie who also helped me through the process.
They were so understanding about my budget and called 4 different junk yards to try to find the parts I needed to save me some cash! They also offered to paint my new parts to make my car beautiful again.
After dropping my car off, they drove me to work, and offered to drop my car off since I had to work late after they closed. They ended up finishing in less time than I had expected and when I came to pick it up, I couldn’t be happier. My new mirror and window look beautiful as well as a fully cleaned car inside and out!
Coming back Monday to get my headlights fixed. They were so caring and I am so happy with how great my «secondhand» car looks on my college budget!

M&S did a great job after my car got rear ended. It looks like a new car again when I pick up my car. It even smell like a new one. Good fix, good paint! Eric and Anthony are super nice, I feel relaxed when my car’s in good hand. And the free rental is a lot of help, too! Thank you again, Eric and Anthony and all the staffs! The guy was nice enough to find us a rental car at $ 20/​day (compact), but I wasn’t happy with the job done.
I didn’t notice that the that the paint job (on front bumper and hood) weren’t not as shiny when I picked up my car, but it became obvious after the first car wash. I saw some paint bubbles, but didn’t care much.
I had another minor bumper accident after that, and the paint just peeled off from the bumper easily. I brought my car to a different body shop. The guy at the new body shop pointed out that this is a poor paint job, as the primer wasn’t done correctly. The worst part is the gaps around the frontal frame were all off.
