I’m amazed by the two negative reviews on Kumar Transportation Services.
Yesterday was the second time I have used them for work related transportation.
I called them again as the first experience was so good. The second time did not disappoint. Yesterday’s trip called for the transportation of a VIP from San Francisco to our offices in Fremont — Round Trip. Everything went smoothly — on time and highly professional. The VIP and my company are impressed with the service.

Terrible experience. I purchased 6 driving around hours for my sister’s 21st birthday. We started in San Jose with a dinner end in Santa Clara. The driver would not take us to Downtown Campbell. He said we didn’t specify multiple cities in the booking. First of all, all cities are sandwiched between each other and second, we paid for driving around hours. The driver drove incredibly slow as if he was intentionally delaying. Also, when we called him to pick us up, he didn’t answer and took forever to get us. When he did, It took him 20 minutes to come back and get us from dinner and 15 from another bar. Ridiculous. It was as if the driver was running errands on our time. Worst birthday experience ever. DO NOT BOOK!

Worst limo experience ever! First the guy gets lost before the pick up and runs late. Then he doesn’t have the winery address in Napa handy which we emailed them beforehand. When we manually put in Saint Helena in his GPS it comes up with no matches found. We had to manually guide this guy to EVERY location. Seriously annoying. He even missed the exits we clearly pointed out. Then we finally got to Napa (2h 45 min — no traffic) he makes sure to push the –we have to leave by 2:30 pm because he has another job lined up. Worst limo experience ever. Do. Not. Book. Them. Ever.
