History

Established in 1994.

Since 1994, our team at Grayson Community Management has been privileged to serve Boards of Directors and community homeowners of many of the Bay Area’s most prestigious communities and managed a number of rental units. In 2003 we added community management to our repertoire. We are pride ourselves in being an integral part of the community with responsibilities to help to solve the community’s most pressing challenges while reducing its expenses and enhancing its long-​term value.

Meet the Manager

Amy F.

Manager

Amy Flack is our Director of Operations with prolific experience in property management. Over the past 15 years, Amy has held multiple positions that cover almost every aspect of HOA/​property management, including Assistant Property Manager, Director of Customer Service, and Department Manager for Administrative Assistant. She has managed customer service for 15,000 homes; and, using this knowledge, has developed a superior response system for GCM’s communities. Her blend of practical, professional, and interpersonal skills plays a big part in managing the day-​to-​day operations of all of our homeowners associations (HOAs). Having an impeccable demeanor, lightning-​quick problem solving skills, and, of course, the patience of a saint, Amy keeps our residents and boards happy, regardless of the size of the HOA.
