Business Owner

Just a few years after earning a business degree and MBA, Mark teamed with Scott Feldman to form Progressive Solutions. As the company’s chief executive, Mark directs sales and system development. Away from work, Mark attends his children’s water polo and lacrosse games, captains the family ski boat, and generally attempts to keep up with his wife and three kids.

Amazing customer service. My son got a custom lunch box from them nearly two years ago as a gift. They found the order and sent us a new lunch box free of charge when the latch broke! No questions asked. Wow. Great company.

Placed an order and paid for 2 day delivery. Apparently my order was lost before it even made it’s way to UPS. No one from Frecklebox called me. When I called them, they said they would refund the shipping and reprint the item and send it to me (unfortunately it would be late for my godson’s birthday). Did not receive a new confirmation or information about the refund. Called again today to find out what the status was. The person didnt know I was supposed to get a refund, and didnt offer to tell me when the item would be sent to me. When I asked she didnt seem very confident about when it would be printed, so I just asked her to cancel the order entirely. I did get an email this time about a refund at least. Stinks because I really thought the product I was purchasing (personalized children’s book) was a cool/​unique gift for my godson’s 1st birthday. I won’t be purchasing anything from them in the future — especially not something that needs a quick turnaround.

Great customized gifts for kids — we’ve loved every item purchased — and I got a personal delivery from the CEO when my shipment was needed for friend of ours that are moving away. Really — quite amazing. I am a customer for life!
