I don’t review agencies, but this one just won’t stop contacting, no matter how much I try to block them, or request they stop.
I can say little more than R.J. Everything he states appears true. In my case it was a 2 month contract to move all the way from NY to California… for a 2 month contract that pays pennies in Silicon Valley??? Lets face it. this is an unregulated industry. You can enter the US, start a business with a simple Website. (They don’t have email servers as all their email addresses are
. So some cheap virtual office suite, a few VOIP phones from $ 10/​mo VOIP provider, buy a domain, put up a forward website to a free provider, and you too can start and run this business for under $ 50/​mo.
The company, A Delaware corp, that has to register with CA Department of state is in default.

This is what appears to be a recruiting agency full of incompetent and unprofessional Indians with two locations, one in Napierville, IL and one in Santa Clara, CA. When they contact you they do it through e-​mail or by phone. I have been contacted by a total of 7 of these useless recruiters, two of them from the Santa Clara location. Most of the time they contact me and they send me jobs that are out of state. Also, most of the jobs are unrelated with my background which only confirms that they make absolutely no effort in trying to match a candidate to a position but they leave it up to you to do the reading to see if the position is really for you. I resorted telling them that I am not interested to just about anything they offer. From this location I have been contacted by Ishan Sharma (3 times) and Sumant Mishra. After telling Sharma that I was not interested in jobs outside of California I figured he could at least take some notes but he contacted me two months later for another job out of state and then again one month after that. This is an indication that these Indian clowns are just a bunch of incompetents. Save your time. Ignore their e-​mails and phone calls. Don’t forget to unsubscribe to their stupid e-​mails to which you obviously never signed up.

I received three calls within a few hours from the same recruiter. How attentive.
The first suggestion that I update my resume to include a line to show suitability for a particular bullet point in the job description was great. What was less amusing was his insistence that I specifically include that I’m in the San Diego area even though all that’s on my resume’s header is name, cell and email address.
Playing hypothetical, I asked if the client seeking to hire a 9-​month contractor would fly me down after discovering that I’m not in the area. This question was less than skillfully dodged. Then he said that I really should put that I’m in San Diego to avoid being screened out by the client. I pretended to be OK with this and then said I’d send a resume later, which I intended to send WITHOUT adding the false statement that I’m in San Diego. I got the third call an hour after the second call asking where my resume was. I said I planned to get to it in a few hours when not preoccupied with that thing called work but then he got impatient and said that he’s concerned it will be too late to do it on Monday since the weekend is approaching and the client needs someone ASAP.
Overall, it sounded like this particular recruiter was the one who needed a resume ASAP, not so much the client. I’m hopeful that others working at this Chicago-​based place aren’t so sloppy but I’m confident that this particular one must be on the way out or below quota (or other) to have acted as he did.
I fully intend not to followup at all. Sketchy!
