I can’t say enough good things about George and his gorgeous cars! I was searching for the perfect limo for my sisters vintage themed wedding when I stumbled upon an amazing 1933 Packard. I knew it was the one! I called George and left a voicemail. He was prompt in calling me back. The Packard is his pride and joy, and with good reason! It’s such an elegant example of American design during the Art Deco era. The price was very fair and actually when I inquired with another limo company for a second limo for the wedding party, they were more expensive! George offered me his Rolls Royce limo and it turned out to be the best compliment to the Packard.
Over all, George and his wife Penny were very professional. George made sure to touch base with me before the wedding and was on time the day of. I highly recommend elegant journey! Don’t even bother going anywhere else! Seriously… stop, just call George!

We rented the Stutz for our wedding day and loved every minute of it. The car was spotless and gorgeous. Our guests loved it and it definitely was a memorable part of our day and provided a unique twist to our wedding. George is such an easy person to work with and I had no issues with him whatsoever. If you are looking to get limo services for your special day, this is the place to rent from. I rented the gorgeous ’56 Silver Cloud limo for my wedding on December 7, 2013. Not only are their limos gorgeous, but Elegant Journey Limousine also provided us with excellent customer service. George, our driver, went beyond his duties to make our special day as smooth as possible. He arrived on time to pick us up and drove us to all our destinations. What I love the most is that George took the initiative to take pictures of my husband and I (with my camera) as our photographer ran a whole hour late! Even though my day had started a little rough because my photographer arrived late, George and the gorgeous limo made the morning of my wedding a day to remember.
Overall, Elegant Journey Limousine provided excellent service and the wedding pictures that George took came out beautiful.

As with all car companies, you always get worried if they are going to show up on time or will the car look exactly like it did on the website.
Rest assured with Elegant Journey everything was perfect. I was very happy I made the choice!
George was awesome. Very friendly and understanding, we were a bit delayed and I never felt any vibe of impatience from him. Frankly, he was calming me down.

The early arrival of our rented 1956 Rolls Royce was one less thing we had to worry about during our wedding. Having booked well in advance the one thing that stood out was conversation with George stating in close to twenty years, «he has never been late for a wedding.»
The service was great and certainly George was not late despite the pouring rain during our wedding day. We highly recommend Elegant Journey Limousine for any special occasion.

Absolutely wonderful owners, car, service, communication. I called George on a referral from a limo service here in Southern California for my son and daughter-in-law’s wedding in Calistoga and he so far surpassed the glowing recommendation I was given that I can’t say enough. He suggested the Stutz Limo and it was amazing. He arrived on time (actually early) and made quite a statement with that beautiful car. He personally drove them from the reception and provided champagne and music. Everyone loved the car and more importantly I knew the bride and groom were being delivered safely to their hotel. Lot of pictures were taken with the car and the bride and groom looked great next to it and were happy. I would highly recommend George and his beautiful and well-​taken-​care-​of cars! I can’t believe how beautiful the car was. We had so many guests at our wedding talk about the Packard I arrived in. (I will definitely post a picture!)
After being burned by another limo company, we had to find a limo fast! My now husband wanted a very vintage car and thats how we found Elegant Journeys through Trudy’s Bridal (where I bought my wedding dress). They were on time and so professional. If there is another event I will use them again definitely.

With only 4 reviews on Unilocal,I went with my gut. We were going to go with a typical black car but I said «what the heck, let’s see how much a classic car is.» There was some symbolism here because my father once has a toy Rolls Royce car in our China cabinet because he knew he’d never ride one in his life. But since it’s also the day he was giving his daughter «away» I felt it would be his one day to sit in one. I called George, did a quick reference check, and he seemed professional. His wife was unfortunately in the hospital and she was the one who did most of the admin work (running the bill, sending the emails) so we went old-​fashioned and spoke on the phone (poor George didn’t know how to check email without his wife!!). He had the driver show up on time, and his pricing was practically the same range as regular black cars for the time I needed them. The car made for great photos and the men in my family were happy. I am SO glad I found George! he was not expensive like the other reviewer claims, at least not on my wedding day.
P. S. I initially wanted to see the car to make sure it was legit but he said it was in his private residence and couldn’t for security reasons. This made me skeptical but his professionalism in his voice made me just give him a chance. I am so happy I still have good intuition. George and his driver came through. And I feel good I gave him business, especially since his wife Penny (?) was in the hospital for surgery.

Fantastic. I couldn’t be happier. I arranged for the 1927 Stutz for my wedding, working directly with George. The service he provides throughout the process is outstanding. He will call you a few days before to confirm everything. The driver was prompt, professional, dressed very nicely, and treated by me and my wife excellently. Arranging the transportation through Elegant Journey turned out to be the easiest task in all of our wedding planning. I couldn’t have asked for more.

It was my wedding day, and we booked with George. At first, we were hesitant to pay the fee as it was a little expensive, but it was sooooo worth it. (There are so many people who will cause you drama during the wedding process — bakers who lose your cake order (Bijan Bakery, San Jose), hair lady doesn’t show up, etc. — George was punctual, helpful, friendly.
George is great to deal with, really friendly guy, and he’s the one that drives you on the big day. He’s very patient, and he drives really slow so that you can enjoy the ride.
We booked a white, excalibur limousine from Caesar’s Palace in Las Vegas. Very nice and very worth it!!!

My parents arranged our wedding day transportation as a surprise. They rented the 1927 Stutz Limousine. My mom said that she dealt with the owner, George, when making the reservation and she said he was wonderful to work with and the whole process was painless. The price was expensive, but totally worth it! It included the driver having to drive the car from Santa Clara to Walnut Creek. Since everything was running late, we ended up having the car and driver for close to 4 hours at no extra charge. The car was really comfortable inside and roomy enough to handle a big poofy dress if necessary. Highly recommended.

They have great cars but horrible service. If your event is crucial and you need to work with a professional, do yourself a favor, avoid this business.
