Excellent deals on their cars, did a lot of research and they had the lowest mileage cars and the lowest prices compared to other dealers in the area. Ended up picking up a Camry, they were straight forward and easy to deal with.

THIS PLACE SELLS UNSAFE CARS. I bought a hybrid here and a few days later I started hearing screeching. I took it in and the rear brakes were metal to metal! They said they did a full inspection, but sold me a car with 0% on the brake pads.. Had to get new rotors and brakes. $ 640. The car salesman there said he would take care of me if anything was wrong with the car. He offered me $ 100. Lol. Oh ya, the battery was fukd and the transmission is going. Thanks Caspian Motors!

Bought BMW 3 series from them, still under warranty. It was a pleasant experience to receive a call from the salesperson a month after the purchase. I highly value follow ups.

I was looking for a spefic Audi A5. Couldn’t find one anywhere within 30 miles. My friend referred me to these guys. Frank assured me that he could find me one if I gave him about a week. He kept me updated every step of the way, showed me my options and finally we found my baby.
He was very honest about the car and assured me he would take care of problems before handing me the keys. Got the car detailed for me as well.
Well, a month later I am writing this review and I am very happy with my purchase.
Definitely will come back.

Bought a used Acura TL from them in May and had nothing but problems. Very lousy salesmen. The car was dirty when we bought it and I asked if they would get it detailed before we left and he just took $ 40 off the car’s price so that we could do it ourselves… Wow!!!Lesson learned. I will never buy another car from their lot!!!

Just left Caspian Motors and had the worst experience! The lady there was anything but welcoming and friendly. She didn’t know any details of the cars on the lot. We were there for probably 15 minutes and she maybe said 3 words to us total. Plus we had to seek her out for help and she was sitting in the office with the lights off. I would not recommend this place!

The BEST used-​car dealer EVER!!! My 84 year old mother bought a used Audi in December, after her car was stolen. She didn’t have it inspected, and bought it ‘as-​is”. Within a month, she said the transmission was making noise & slipping (intermittently). Took it to Audi & they said it needed a new transmission. Went back to Caspian, fully expecting to be told «too bad», but Seymour (her salesman) made some calls, & within a week had the car at his mechanic’s shop –AMG Precision in Fremont — and had a rebuilt transmission installed, inc. parts & labor, for less than the cost of a rebuilt transmission alone!!! So far above & beyond what we expected, it’s incredible. THANK YOU!!! (In comparison, I bought a used truck at COURTESY CHEVROLET and even with an inspection & agreement with them, they lied & misrepresented every detail. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!)

Will always recommend these guys now. I called ahead to see if the car online was still available. When I arrived they gave me the keys took the car for a spin. Signed the paperwork in 15 mins while they cleaned it. Was in and out in an hour and half.
They had a great selection and were never pushy like other dealerships I went to. Can’t wait to upgrade or get a new car again. This will be the first place I check!!!

Got a decent enough price for my new car, hastle free. Would definitely recommend to check it out. 6 months after buyin no issues so far. On servicing the mercedes dealer said that the filter is in good conditions and can we replaced in the next servicing.

I ended up buying a used car from Caspian Motors. The service was great and I was initially very happy with the car but there was minor issue with the car, after I talked to them they took care of it, even though it was minor issue. I recommend these guys, their prices are much lower than other dealers, and they have a great selection.

How does everyone give this place four stars?!? The DAY AFTER I bought my CRV, the engine light went on. So far, I’ve spent $ 1500 on fixing my car and now the engine light is on again! I expect to spend another chunk of money this week, and may even have to buy a whole new engine.
I had a mechanic check the car out before I bought it, and they said I would have to spend some money on it, but definitely didn’t predict the check engine light coming on.
My mechanic told me that the dealer had turned off the check engine light to sell the car. This is so terrible. I’m a good person — a teacher! — with a limited income. I’m unable to take the vacation I planned, thanks to the creepy fraudulence of Caspian Motors, and will likely start the school year in debt.
UPDATE: I’ve now spent well over 3,000 on this piece of garbage. Thanks for nothing, jerks.

After 10 years in the automotive repair industry, I’ve become very wary of buying used vehicles from used car lots. I know it’s not fair to judge them all based on the shady tactics of a few, but I just can’t help it. So when I found the perfect car (after months of searching) at Caspian Motors, I hesitated to contact them. I did some searching, found their good Unilocal reviews, and decided to just go for it… and I’m really glad I did.
Frank was extremely helpful and accommodating, delivering the vehicle to a dealership for a pre-​purchase inspection, picking me up from the airport, making sure the warranty on the vehicle was properly transferred to my name. The car was even cleaner than I expected, and the price I paid was fair. Overall, the whole experience was a quick, painless and very positive one. He had some other very nice cars on the lot as well. I love my new car… thank you, Caspian Motors!

Let me just start saying that Frank is the man, purchased a silverado truck from him, low miles, great condition and all the right options. Will defiantly be back to his lot for future vehicles. A+++++++

I bought my 2011 bmw 3 series m package from Caspian Motors! Car shopping is a big dilema for me. I really can’t stand when a car salesmans talk. becuz most of the time its all BS that they are tryna say. BUT at Caspian Motors i experienced an amazing customer service! My salesman was very mellow n totally not pushy! He told me that they have a bmw 328i will be on showroom 2 days later n it will be something that i will be interested. so i took his biz. card n came back 2 days later car was there in it was shining like a star! Way to go Caspian Motors!!! I will sure tell all my friends about you guys.

We bought a 2002 Volvo V70 XC this afternoon. After reading their ad on Craig’s List, the car looked to good to be true. I called and Seymur answered the phone. While his his voice was reassuring that the ad was for real,. our gut feelings said he was for real and the car was as well. We had several other cars to look at close to home, but we drove just under 70 miles to Santa Clara to see this advertised vehicle.
The car turned out to be exactly as Seymur described over the phone and the pictures on Craig’s list. As it turned out the car drove better than I expected and it was a no brainer to buy this vehicle. Seymur is a member of the family that runs this business. We met Frank when we arrived and worked with him on our test drive. Upon returning to the lot Seymur was there and helped us buy the car. Both Fran and Seymur were totally professional, their product was exactly as described both in their ad and on the telephone. This family operated Caspian Motors gets AAA+++ from us. They can be trusted and we will return in the future to purchase more cars when needed and recommend them to all our friends. All the vehicles on the lot were in stunning condition. I highly recommend this small family business Frank my salesman made the
process of buying a new used car nice and smooth. I feel I got a great car (2011 Toyota Camry) with low miles, leather interior, v6 at a good price. If your car shopping you defiantly go check it out and ask for Frank he rocks!
