Judy’s the best in makeup and awesome in hair. I love the day-​to-​night transformation look she does. Whenever I’m clueless, I contact Judy and she immediately gives me advice on what products I can use to achieve a look — given that Im really far from her to give me a makeover. I’ve also noticed she’s very sanitary in her makeup applications. To me that is very important as I’ve seen a few girls using the same lip brush on multiple people. I highly recommend Judy for her skills and professionalism.

Judy and her team did hair and makeup for me and 4 bridesmaids for my wedding in October. She is a wonderful makeup artist, and the makeup lasted throughout the entire day. She is so sweet and, being Asian herself, understands how demanding Asian moms can be before and on the day of the wedding. Judy and her team were professional, patient, and a pleasure to work with.
And the best part is that Judy’s hair and makeup services are extremely reasonably priced. Flawless wedding hair and makeup does not need to cost thousands of dollars!
I would highly highly recommend Judy and her team to all future brides. You will not be disappointed!

I’m so glad I found Judy! I just had my wedding makeup trial with her and loved how everything came out! Not only are her services extremely reasonably priced (I got an amazing deal on airbrush), but the service is impeccable. She is friendly, polite, and attentive. And, seeing as I’m kind of a makeup novice, she gave me great tips all throughout my trial so that I can look my best on my Big Day. She was even able to hook me up with an awesome hairstylist last minute when our previous plans fell through. Thus far, she’s made every part of this process as stress-​free as possible (the most stressful part was searching for artists before finding her!) She’s super responsive to emails, which has made planning much easier. Plus, she’s answered my (numerous) questions with politness and professionalism.
Aside from her sweet personality, her makeup skills are great too (who cares if you’re sweet if you suck, right?). She listened to my preferences and asked for my opinion throughout. My makeup lasted all day and looked great! Judy is very skilled and, most of all, always striving to get even better. Thank you (to you and Jen)!

My maid of honor found her website online and recommended her. We were looking for someone who’s good at her work and within our budget! We read her profile online & found out she also do make-​up for fashion show. So we called her for try-​out make-​up. She was very nice & actually listen what you want. She gave us pretty good discount. Judy & her team were fantastic and talented! The airbrush she used lasted all night. She made my flower girl, aunt, bridesmaids & my mom gorgeous! As for me she made me look like princess! Everyone complemented my hair & make-​up!

Judy Peng did a WONDERFUL job with my make-​up for my Birthday Benefit party. She is a master of her craft & a sheer pleasure to know. I was very anxious to find a suitable make-​up look for my party. As an African American woman I was concerned that my make-​up would look overly done or «grayed» out. After hearing about Judy from a referral I contacted her to arrange a trial make-​up application.
Judy took over an hour to work on my trial look. At our trial make-​up session I asked Judy for a very dramatic fashion forward runway look for my big day. Judy came through as requested but (gasp!) I wound up not liking my look a few hours later. I thought some of the colors used didn’t complement my skin tone as much as I would have guessed & my oily skin unfortunately further diminished the look.
So what did I do? Well I emailed Judy a LENGHTY email that basically requested an entirely different look for my party. I also told her about the colors I like to use in my day to day make-​up palette. I clearly stated my concern as she prepared for my big day. I basically asked Judy for less Patti LaBelle & more Jennifer Hudson. Judy was an absolute pro. She responded to my concerns immediately & addressed each & every concern with comprehensible solutions.

On the day of the event she arrived right on time & not only applied my make-​up but my mother’s make-​up as well. She LISTENED and provided me with flawless make-​up. I looked like myself only beautifully enhanced with her expertise. She had tested some new products that really worked to control the shine & also brought along some of the make-​up & color palettes I mentioned in that lengthy email I sent her weeks earlier. Of course I had to ask for one final change right before she was finished & she obliged without hesitation.

My mom & I received numerous compliments the entire evening on how beautiful our make-​up looked. I was having so much fun that I didn’t even check my make-​up until I got home hours later! It still looked perfect even hours after talking, eating & dancing. I can’t wait to use All Dolled Up Studio again for next make-​up look! Judy’s going to make me plan another party very soon just to get my make-​up done by her one more time!

Judy is amazing! The airbrush she does lasts all day, even till the next day if I sleep face up =P She is very experienced and sweet. She has worked on me numerous times in fashion shows, shoots, and most recently, the Chinese New Year parade. Puts on my lashes and lines my waterline without ever making me tear up! She is versatile in that she can create elegant day looks, glamorous night looks, wedding looks, and more!

Judy was one of 3 stylists who helped my 5 coworkers & I get ready for the Chinese New Year Parade. Judy is very awesome & talented with make-​up, especially with airbrush foundation. I have never used foundation in my life, so I was a bit nervous, but she made it easy and looked GREAT. The eye makeup also turned out really nice, I couldn’t have done it on my own. Products used were also great & long-​lasting!

Judy is so talented. She was very considerate and discussed with me EXACTLY what I wanted. She looked at the dress I chose to wear for a fashion show and immediately understood what it was I envisioned. As requested, she gave me dramatic, smoky eyes. I insisted on a particular lip color and she kindly gave me what I wanted, using her techniques as a professional MUA and customizing it to fit her client– in this case, a very lucky me. She’s very versatile and works quickly and meticulously. Judy has a great eye for classic and trendy looks, and I really appreciated that. Her friendly, approachable nature made it very easy for me to tell her what I wanted, which is sometimes scary because I never want to offend (as you would not want to offend the person you are about to trust your face with.) I felt so comfortable and confident, and I know that affected how I did on stage. I’m definitely coming to her first the next time I need to hire a makeup artist.

Judy is as professional as it gets when it comes to hair and make-​up. Not only did she come prepared but she also advised prior to her arrival on what the client needed to do to get the most out of her service. What I really appreciate about Judy is her passion for the art and her understanding of client’s needs. It was my first time being a bridesmaid and I wanted to look my best. Judy happily followed my exact specifications of how I wanted the make-​up and hair done… given that we’ve never even done a trial prior to the big day. I was so happy with my look that I even referred another bridesmaid in the same wedding as me for Judy’s services (last minute). Knowing that she’d be crunched for time since we didn’t accommodate the time for another girl, Judy did her magic without hesitation and very fast, leaving both of us satisfied and remarkably beautiful! I’m gonna be a bridesmaid this summer again, and I know exactly who to call!!!

Judy is a wonderful makeup artist who is very professional. She got great eyes and excellent skills. As a photographer, I worked with many different MUA, she is among the best! I simply love her works.
I noticed she is always on time with every single shoot, always a great team player. Most importantly, she loves what she is doing, she has passion and devotion with her work.
If I have important project on my hands, I will think about Judy for sure, because I know I will be happy in the end.

What i like most about being in the fashion industry is meeting genuine talents. From fashion designers, to producers, to hairstylilsts, and make-​up artists. And Judie is for sure one of the most talented and friendliest individuals I’ve ever worked with.
Judie was one of the make-​up artists at Boditecture, TAPpy Hour and Project Reach fashion shows. I missed out on her at Boditecture, and finally got her as my MUA for TAPpy Hour and waited for her for Project Reach to do my makeup as well.
She does fabulous runway make-​up. I like how her hands feel light and gentle as she does strokes of foundation. She’s very cautious with the eye area and takes her time to perfect every smudge, every brush, every angle, and every blend.
What i also like about Judie is that she’s with you all throughout the show. She’s always ready for touch-​ups, and is very quick with makeup changes. For runway, that truly is exceptional work.
Another thing is… she answers make-​up questions with so much enthusiasm! I literally liked how she did my makeup the first time, that it inspired me to take a trip to MAC to kind of practice to do that same makeup by myself.

Awesome makeup and hair! It was the first time I ever had been a model for anything, I had never even wore false eyelashes until Judy used them on me. Seeing myself after she was done with me, was so cool. I can’t wait to have my makeup done by her again!
