Airsoft Extreme

First time visiting the Airsoft Extreme yesterday. Shop is very clean and well organized. Staffs are very friendly. All i want to do is look around and plan what i need to buy the next time i come in, but that didn’t quite go as planned, the end of the day, i bought a new gun for me.

Reading some of these other reviews, I don’t know if they came in on a bad night or if I just came in on a perfect night, but we had a good experience here. I brought my son in with the expectations of being ignored or treated rudely, I even told him to be prepared to not get anything if that happens. I was surprised. We were greeted upon entry and asked if we needed any help. The gentleman that was there helped my son pick out a pistol and explained to him how it worked and how to load it. He even let him dry fire it. I found the prices to be comparable to other places that I have seen online, but the fact that they are so close to us makes it a go to place. So far we don’t have to return anything so I hope we don’t have to experience that. After leaving my son said he wants to get all of his equipment there so that’s a good thing. Great job Airsoft Extreme.

Friendly, but careful from the things you buy they wont care about what you buy because i’ve got two bad products from them, so you should know what you are doing…

I don’t know if there is a star lower than a 1 star had the worst time at airsoft extreme. I walked in talking to a sales person there asked them if I can see one of their pump shotguns, so they took one down and let me hold it. When they are giving me the shotgun they said don’t pump the shotgun. At first I was really confused that I can’t pump the shotgun but I guess they want to try to sell that gun on the wall so I see what they mean. But then I asked them if I can shoot it in there target area they said NO… They told me you can only shoot the shotgun you are going to buy… I was like what the hell?! I think everyone wants to try a gun before they want to buy it. I can’t try a gun that I almost wanted to buy?! This is a joke… If you can’t try out the gun that you are going to buy is stupid… I am never going to be buying guns from them or going to their store.
Also i never write reviews on Unilocal because even if it was a bad service I would be okay with it but this was pretty bad so just to let you guys know.

I purchased a replacement magazine for a airsoft rifle I have recently taken ownership of thinking the original one that had come with it was busted… turned out it wasn’t and I no longer needed the one I had just purchased. Prior to buying the replacement magazine among other items, I specifically asked the employee who had helped me (the only female employee that works there) what the return policy was to which she replied «Just bring back the receipt and all the original packaging, You have 7 days to return.»
Fast forward a couple days when I finally have time to return the item which I no longer had use for which was unused/​unopened. The SAME employee who had helped me returns the item for me and informs me NOW that there will be a 15% restocking fee on the item REGARDLESS of it was used or not. Why did she not include this piece of information previously when I had asked WHAT the return policy exactly was? is a 15% restocking fee not apart of that I assume?
I replied with a «Really? a restocking fee for a brand new item?» to which she pointed to a sign to the wall next to the register, regarding all the components that make up their «return policy”(she had not shown me this sign either when I previously asked about the return policy). The replacement magazines are placed on a shelf with a hook and that constitutes a 15% restocking fee? A monkey could put it back on the shelf for them for free.
Regardless I was forced to return said item as I had no use for it and took the hit out of my pocket for the restocking fee of a still new/​unused product. Is this how a business helps to supplement their income nowadays? If you are looking for a place to purchase your airsoft equipment please look elsewhere. They WILL charge a restocking fee on new/​unopened items. You heard it here first from a disappointed CUSTOMER!
They receive 1 star out of sympathy as Unilocal does not allow negative stars. FYI you can purchase just about everything on

First off, notably most of the items are over priced, for example one of the Airsoft gun they sell cost 360 while you can get it for 250 or lower. ASGI sells it for 212. The staff is fairly friendly. their field is nice but if they let us use AEG’s more would be cool. Id say to do your own research instead of asking the staff, usually they’ll try to push you to buy one of the more expensive items. (A no name brand battery for 51 dollars oppose to a cheaper brand battery what?)

First time my 17 year old son and his dad played
airsoft. Rebecca and crew were extremely patient
and helpful explaining everything and making sure
the guys were prepared. The arena is outside in a
cemented area split into 3 separate play zones u
move through. no natural terrain. there are stacked huge barrels and constructed hides and barricades to move around. the Ref game guide/​controller made the different scenarios fun and full of energy for the players. Equipment is reasonably priced. You must bring your own knee guards and gloves or you’ll have to purchase them there. head protection is provided. You buy the rounds and gas canisters there to fill the handgun they provide.
I got to watch the action from three large tv monitors up on the wall. Bring snack and water to
leave in staging area outside so players can have some in between gaming sessions and while reloading. Cost to play for 6 hours is $ 30, $ 25 for 3
hours. we ended up leaving after 3 as my guys were pretty spent. You do a lot of running around and my son was beat… but very happy to have played! Super friendly employees try to help increase your knowledge and enhance your experience. Thanks to you all— we will be back Friday night for the special ‘Lights Out’ dark game play!

I’ve been there three times and I’m overall impressed. Each time we’ve gone, they made me and the kids I brought feel welcome and safe and we had a great time playing in the arena. The Saturday referee is a really great guy. Most of the employees I’ve dealt with have been very friendly, polity, and helpful, with maybe one person I interacted with being what another reviewer described as «cold».
The have a good selection for a brick and mortar store, and I was very happy to be able to purchase some gun parts I needed for repair from their on hand stock for a very reasonable price. I believe their prices on guns and accessories are competitive to maybe just a bit high, but I think it’s worth it to be able to deal with someone helpful and to know what your’e getting (and not deal with some of the hassles I’ve seen with online airsoft retailers)
I plan to go back many more times.

Came here in hopes of finding a certain Tokyo Marui pistol in stock. The store is more equipped and extravagant than Dogtag Airsoft with a full section for AEG and GBB parts, tactical gear, and another section for shooting targets, lots of guns, and more goodies.
Having read previous reviews of the rather quiet and cold staff, I decided to overlook this. What I recieved was a rather awkward reception and none of the staff members exerted any effort to acknowledge me. When I asked the salesperson to show me a gun, he didn’t seem really motivated or even make a conversation. When I asked a question, all I heard from him was a simple «yep» or «mhmm». For the record, the gun in question was quite overpriced anyway.
Building upon that, AEX does not really have competitive prices on their guns and are higher than online. However I give it 3 stars for their wide selection of airsoft equipment and their neat CQB field. Hopefully I will have a better experience next time.

Unfriendly, over priced, older location was better.
They dont let you test fire guns anymore. The girl helping me said that it would then be considered used… bleach please. its the display model already, handled by everyone. I just grabbed the essentials (goggles, propane adaptor) and got away as far from this place as possible.

I am not sure what to say about AEX… Besides 100% sure this is the best place to get airsoft guns and supplies in store. The staff is very knowledgeable and isn’t afraid to offer their opinions on the various guns (they tell it like it is). Tanaka, Rebecca, and Peter are by far my go to people at this location. I am never pressured into buying anything and they are OK with you asking to look at various guns they have on display. I have looked into other stores but even those stores tell me to go to AEX if they don’t have what I’m looking for. I will for sure be returning to purchase more supplies and gear from this store.

Update: the AEX field recently became more awesome! It’s constantly being rearranged. Come play! If you don’t like pain, you should probably wear a plate carrier. ^.^ Remember to stay hydrated!

Richard fixed my KWC P226 X5 trigger at the beginning of this year in 15 mins, and only charged me $ 7.50 for the work. That’s very honest and excellent service.

My OLD KSC Sig 2340 was shooting way to the left so I needed a new hop up rubber. Since AEX used to sell KSC guns I’d thought to give them a try. They ran out of Guarder hop up rubbers for KSC/​KWA, but they had the Reaps rubber. Unfortunately it only fit the newer KWA guns, but at least I wasn’t forced to buy it.
Other places would have probably made me buy the part before doing the work, then force me to keep the part when it didn’t fit because «you should have known.» Richard also helped me oil the blowback chamber with more viscous silicone oil and advised me to find extension springs from Bic lighters/​pens for the blowback chamber.
I also wanted custom fitting of real parts onto a WE 1911, but Richard suggested that I find a real gunsmith for that cuz AEX uses garage tools that aren’t precise enough. I also needed a plunger pin and a new AIP slide stop. Richard pulled some 9ball parts from the shelf, but they didn’t fit, so I wasn’t made to pay for those as well.

As for their custom Marui 1911 /​Hi-​Capas… Again, you’ll get more bang for your buck going through an online retailer.
Also, I’m surprised that AEX doesn’t sell any 134 Duster Gas, which is what stock Tokyo Marui’s SHOULD be running on. Richard said that green gas is ok for use on Marui’s, but after doing some research I decided to stick with using 134 Duster Gas.
If you mess up most parts on your pistols, you will need to order parts from elsewhere (like Evike, another state in the US, or Hong Kong) and bring it to AEX for repair. This part frustrates me. I believe that a store like AEX should have all parts available to fix items that they sell, especially their Marui’s, which are their high-​end pistols.

I’m not very comfortable bringing my AEGs here to be serviced because I felt that in the past, they pushed parts on me that I didn’t absolutely need, which ended up making my repair more expensive than I had anticipated. I would have liked it if they discussed the issues with me and provided me with some options.
At their old location I bought 2 KWC SP2022 non-​blow back mags, which leaked after 2 months. I hardly got any use out of it. I didn’t bring those back to fix cuz I know they don’t have replacement parts. I have to order them myself from Taiwan.

1. Pistol service-​wise, AEX has been mostly good to me.
2. Richard is da man! He provided me with lots of help and is an amazing bro.
3. It’s awesome that they have a field behind the store. Good for 5 vs 5 pistol games.
4. If you like to mess around with your pistols (like me), you will need to order parts elsewhere when you mess something up (like I do).

I only been here once to check it out with some friends, but I definitely plan on going back again! They have some really cool staff there, and lots of gear. They even have a huge book about guns in their bathroom: o

Have not been to their new location but for any airsoft needs they will comply, they do repairs on most airsoft guns instore purchase and some out of store if they can find the parts, I purchased a mini glock from them and a mp4 that was heavily modded, both guns after 5yrs still run in pristine and shoot accurately. The staff is super helpful and will give you information on where you can fire or join airsoft game, still have to come back for some bb’s and possibly another handgun, been eyeing the desert eagle, last I say they did not have a holster for the gun but i’m sure they can let me know where to purchase one.

— chamber change from stock to extended chamber with a 22′ silencer rifle looks mean you can fire single or full auto, workmanship again was pristine.
— suggested and bought extended clip with quick loader
— suggested and purchased spare batteries for the mp4 3 in total
mini glock is no longer sold instore I was told they look to real so they do not offer them anymore, I did have trouble with the trigger and chamber locking up, after taking it to them, they fixed the trigger and replaced the motor that would get stuck, glock now fires like when I bought it 5yrs back, single or burst.
definitely a place to come if you need more ammo or are interested in purchasing rifles, so many mods, so much gear definitely recommend these folks for the work they do, never had any issues with any of the staff.

ambiance ***** guns, guns and more guns, they have a section in a back to test out your rifle, pistol, or want to test any of their stock of course with your intent to buy.

They have a new location now, service sucks. I can literally walk around the store for 30 minutes, give many employees eye contact when they’re passing by (looks as if they’re busy) but none will acknowledge me. I have to actually walk up to someone and interrupt them while they are helping someone else and tell them I need help.
Must say this is one of the worst places for customer service. Though they good have good sales every so often.

It’s slightly to the left when you hit the end of the cul de sac. And if you have SPRINT! and want to check in here, you’re out of luck because its a dead zone.
The new place has SO MUCH MORE ROOM!!! The staff’s really friendly. I might not go paintballing frequently, but they have a lot of gear that I need (bags, packs, MOLLE gear, clothing, etc).
I’ve been meaning to upgrade my phone case but didn’t want to spend a fortune. I finally decided to do so when I saw the pink Magpul case. *yay*
I’m happy, the BF is ecstatic, nothing to complain about.

When I first started to get into airsoft 7 – 8 years ago this was the only store around that was worth going to; and now every time I come here its as though I’m a burden on the staff. I’m not quite sure what it was, but in 2008 I deployed to Iraq and upon my return I noticed a sharp decline in the quality of customer service. But anyways, now every once in a while I’ve definitely feel like this place is more for the experienced player than anything else. If you know what you need/​want it’s a great place to get your gear. Anything more than that, there’s some other options out there.

The store rocks and so do the people. I read some of the negative reviews and came to the conclusion that these people are either really stupid or full of it.
I’ve been going here for a few months now and the staff has been very helpful helping me learn the ropes. I walked out with. TM VSR-​10 and just recently upgraded it. The staff was very helpful and even helped by doing drilling into my cylinder so I could get my new parts in (free of charge).
It’s times like that when you know these guys really want to see you do we’ll in the field and not just interested in selling you the most expensive shit on the rack.
I mostly deal with Shrek and the sniper dude, I think his name is Alex. Really helpful and friendly dudes.

This is a big kid’s dream toy store! They had replicas of soooo many guns, you’d be crazy if you can’t find what you’re looking for here! (Except Glocks, because of copyright infringement!)
The guys were really cool & helpful, let us test fire all kinds of stuff before we decided on a purchase, and the guy explained how to care for your mags, maintenance, and what other accessories were available.
They have TONS of stuff in this store, expect to spend a while in here because there’s soooo much to look at (and buy!).
