Advanced Auto Glass (AAG) is awesome! Quick, reliable, thorough, and excellent service! I had a rock chip on my BMW windshield and asked folks at work. I was informed of AAG through a coworker of mine whose car Wiley had worked on. He advised me of the great work that Wiley does on windshields. With that said, I just gave AAG a call and Wiley came over within 2 hours and fixed my windshield rock chip. Wiley is so knowledgeable, professional, and did such a great job in repairing the rock chip. I will definitely call him again. Their services and quality of work are excellent and their prices very reasonable.

For most people, you get a crack in your windshield and you just want to get it taken care of fast and easy. However, a quick job is rarely a job done well. Keep in mind that the windshield is one of THE MOST IMPORTANT features in your car to keep you safe!
I called earlier to inquire about scheduling an appointment to get my windshield replaced and the gentleman who answered the phone had never even heard of AGSC (Auto Glass Safety Council) and his response that my car would be ready to drive within one hour after installation makes me worry for all the customers who have written 5 star reviews about Advanced Auto Glass.
Please look up the 20⁄20 special on the importance of a windshield for car safety and see for yourself why it is VERY VERY dangerous and could potentially cost your life and/​or the lives of family/​friend passengers. Title is:

I’m finally getting around to writing this review. Mike and Wiley were great. I scheduled an appointment and they called me the morning of and when they were about to arrive. They came to my workplace, and I parked my car where they could work on it. In a short time, everything was done. Great job, and it was convenient. I really liked the communication they gave.

Advanced Auto Glass replaced the windshield on my older Lexus. They were able to do the replacement within a few days (great) and the price was acceptable. However there were a few issues:
1) I did not realize this was going to be an aftermarket windshield and thus would not have the same weatherstripping as my original. The gutter at the top of the windshield is bigger than it used to be and might lead to more road noise.
2) They changed the settings on the windshield wipers such that the driver’s side one stopped well short of the left side of the windshield. This meant that the wiper was in my field of view too much and left a lot of the windshield not cleared of rain. They came back out to remedy the situation and adjusted the wipers so they came up a bit more but were adamant that if they moved it any further that the wipers would stick out too far from under the hood.
After driving in heavy rain this morning I was determined to fix this problem myself. It turns out that when they did the replacement and were putting everything back they had popped the wipers up into the winter mode and then adjusted the wipers down because they were concerned about the wipers being visible. All they had to do was push the wipers back into normal mode and not mess with the resting position itself. Luckily with the Internet and a socket wrench I was able to undo their band-​aid solution and push the wipers back down into normal position.
3) After they came back to (try to) adjust the wipers they did not close the hood all the way which I didn’t notice until I saw it fluttering as I was driving down the freeway. Argh.

Had a great experience! Whiley was great. Very knowledgable! Just FYI. If you replace your windshield on a newer car that has lane changing or forward collision warning definitely get it calibrated. Found out my camera didn’t work during the calibration. Went through my insurance and got everything taken care of without paying a dime.

Easy, Easy, Easy. Called in the morning, they gave me a 2 hour window the next day. They came to my office within the time frame promised. Had the window installed in 30 minutes for my Honda Pilot. A great price. All done!!!

My husband has 2 cracks in his car’s windshield. I recommended AAG since it has good Unilocal reviews. He called AAG and talked to Wiley on May 20th and got a schedule the following day (May 21st) to get the windshield replaced right in the parking lot of my husband’s workplace. Schedule was 10:00AM but Wiley came earlier which was favorble to my husband and got it done in 40 minutes. Very neatly and professionally done!

This review is for the Advanced Auto Glass in Santa Clara, CA.
I used Advanced Auto Glass to repair the back window of my Mazda CX-​5 today. My glass was repaired but there were large pieces of glass in the back of vehicle. I politely asked if workers could vacuum the rest of the glass out of my vehicle. I was told that I needed to get a detailing job done to my car which I understand. I was not expecting Advanced Auto Glass to vacuum every piece of glass out of my vehicle. However, I was shocked when one of the workers turned to me and said to me that vacuuming the extra glass out of my car «would be a pain in the ass.» This is not acceptable language to use to a customer.

Got our car broken in to. My insurance did not cover the glass. Saw the reviews on Unilocal and called up AAG. Mike came by in 45 minutes, vacuumed the car, put in in the new glass. Thorough job! He even helped peel of a poster stuck on one of my other cars. The price was reasonable and I recommend Mike to anyone looking to get their auto glass fixed. 5 stars.

Had a tiny spider crack on the windshield. Called Wiley up in the morning and he was able to stop by my work at noon. He explained that if the crack is smaller than a size of a quarter that they would be able to seal the crack from spreading guarantied.
$ 70 to seal a quarter sized crack. Definitely will use their services again!

Rear quarter window smashed on my 2006 Corolla on Saturday night. Called Advanced Auto Glass on Sunday morning. Scheduled to come to my workplace on Monday morning. $ 208 to replace. Wylie and Mike were done in 15 min flat. Fast and friendly service.

I called Wylie on Monday to replace my 2002 Audi windshield. He answered right away and said he could come to my home the next day. Wednesday worked better for me. Wylie scheduled a 2-​hour timeframe on Wednesday and Mike showed up on time. Mike was able to replace my window in about 30 minutes. It’s been a few days and everything is fine.

I contacted Wiley and he schedule a time for Mike to come out to repair my windshield. Mike called me right before he came and arrived ready to go. After the repair, the windshield looked flawless. My friend also had a dent in his windshield and had that fixed as well while Mike was here. Both took about half an hour. Really quick!

It was a lovely Sunday morning, until my windshield is broken. I was driving on San Tomas expressway, then all of a sudden a huge rock gets kicked up and cracks my windshield.
Tried to find windshield repairs on a Sunday, no one was open, except for advanced auto glass.
Called Sunday evening around 440pm. Mike said they will be out the next day.
Mike & Wiley are the best. When Wiley arrived at my work, took him less than an hour to install my new windshield. Since I had my windshield replaced before (with a cheap company) they mess up my rubber trim pieces and it was not properly installed. But never fear Advanced auto glass fixed it!!! They have me safely covered and installed with my new windshield.
